لايوجد وسيلة تواصل مع موظفين الإستقبال من غرفتي وحين كلمتهم قالو لي لا يوجد في كل الغرف كأن هذا عذرا وليس تقصيرا في أبسط حقوق النزيل وذكروا لي يوجد باركود في الغرفه تستطيع من خلاله كتابة ماتريد ويتم الرد عليك قمت بإرسال رسالتين لهم ولكن لاحياة لمن تنادي كاني اتكلم مع نفسي وعندما واجة موظفة الإستقبال قالت بالفعل تم إرسال الرسالة ولكن ببساطة لم نقرأها أو نطلع عليها فنحن أسفون فقط والماء للشرب أعتقد المبنى مصنف بمعنى الطبيعي وجود قوارير ماء نظيفة للشرب لم تكن هناك مياه للشرب وعندما تحدثت مع موظف الإستقبال قال لي أشرب من الحنفية قلت له ماء الحنفية غير نظيف ومعكر قال لي اجل هناك قنينة احملها للاستقبال يوجد برادة ماء فملأها مع الأسف أنا مستاء جدا وأستأت أكثر عندما رفعت شكوى في موقع أجودا وردوا علي بأن الفندق ذكر لهم بوجود ماء شرب بالغرفة وهذا كذب وافتراء وان الهاتف غير موجود بجميع الغرف كأن هذا أمر طبيعي علما بأني سوف لن ارشح هذا الفندق لكائن من كان في المستقبل

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel when visiting Vienna for a week. The rooms were spacious and very clean and loved the water tap in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful when we had a couple of issues (of our own making!). The only thing I would say that I didnt enjoy so much was the level of heating in the hotel, it was very, very warm throughout even when it wasn't so cold outside. However that is a trivial point and wouldnt prevent us staying here again if we were visit Vienna. Thanks!

Lovely stay, amazing staff, smiling faces, big spacious room, and a generous breakfast spread. All in all it was a very good experience. Metro station and even the tram station is just 100 mtrs walk from the hotel. There is a spar right opposite the hotel. We had a great stay there ..

We stayed here June 28-July 9th/25. Very pleased. Very quiet location with a Billa grocery store across the street (best place to get your lattes,pastries & delish wraps) at a fraction of the cost It's about 30 mins to walk to Stephensplatz, however the AMAZING staff instructed us on using the metro - station/stop located just steps down the street. The central area was only 2 metro stops away (about 5 min ride) Shout out to the wonderful staff members Karina and Leondro who helped us with directions and much more. Hotel located in the Prater district. Nespresso machines in the room was a plus. Would definately recommend
