Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. With regard to the taxi arrangement, we would like to clarify that our receptionist informed you in advance that taxi provider not guarantee a vehicle equipped with a child car seat, as this depends on the availability of the local taxi company. Our colleague also suggested that you might wish to arrange transportation independently through another provider( such as Uber) where it is possible to request a vehicle with a child seat directly in the application. Regarding the missing ring, after your departure your room was thoroughly inspected by our Housekeeping team. The inspection was also verified by the Housekeeping Manager, and unfortunately no ring was found. Our Housekeeping team did locate another item in the room after your departure, believed to be a piece of men's clothing. Should you wish to verify whether this item is yours, we would be happy to assist with its return.
