Excellent séjour! Magnifique chambre et vue sur la Place Pilsudski. Le personnel est efficace et sympathique, et nous avons tellement apprécié le restaurant que nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Plein de mets typiquement polonais au petit déjeuner, en plus des classiques.

Très bon hôtel, service parfait, très bon petit déjeuner. Isolation sonore interne idéale, en revanche, demandez une chambre au calme, car l'isolation sonore extérieure laisse à désirer et les bruits de circulation de la place sont très gênants. Buffet de petit déjeuner extrêmement complet et de qualité, même si le café est plutôt exécrable. Grandes chambres confortables, café, robes deschambres, chaussons.. Tout le confort est là. La piscine est un plus non négligeable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du centre et avec de nombreux transports en commun autour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'hôtel a répondu à toutes nos attentes et nous vous en remercions. Un point d'amélioration pourrait être travaillé: les participants à un congrès qui se tenait pendant notre séjour ont à plusieurs reprises, pendant deux jours, investi le hall d'entrée et les salons de façon bruyante. Peut être disposez-vous d'un espace propice à les accueillir pendant leurs pauses. Bien cordialement

Comme tous les Sofitel, l'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la vieille ville et à quelques :minutes à pied du nouveau Varsovie. Comme dans tous les Sofitel, le confort est irréprochable. Comme dans tous les Sofitel, l'accueil, les parties communes, le service, le petit déjeuner, tout est parfaitement aligné sur un standing élevé. Seul petit bémol, l'architecture extérieure, qui donne quelques allures d'ère post-soviétique. Rien de rédhibitoire cependant.
