J'ai séjourné dans cet hotel du 3 au 6 avril, chambre 418. J'avais réservé via le site accor, et j'ai eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassé. La chambre était grande et très agréable pour ce séjour, avec une vue belle vue sur la place. 2 bémols concernant cette chambre, d'une part impossibilité de régler la climatisation, elle ne fonctionnait qu'avec du froid, mais rien de grave, je l'a coupé la nuit, et d'autre part, l'eau mise à disposition, il était indiqué que c'était de l'eau plate, mais en réalité, c'était une eau légèrement gazeuse :/ Le petit déjeuner est très sympa, et très bien fourni. La salle du petit déjeuner est suffisamment grande pour ne pas sentir à l'étroit. J'ai diné au restaurant le 5 avril au soir, du fait des fortes pluies s'abattant sur Varsovie, repas de bonne qualité avec un service professionnel et au petit soin. Et enfin, l'espace détente, sauna non mixte très sympa, la piscine est victime de son succès. Il manque un jacuzzi pour parfaire cet espace. Varsovie est une ville très sympathique, mais durant les fêtes pascales, la plupart des attractions et des restaurants sont fermées durant ce week-end. Bilan global très positif pour ce séjour au sein du Sofitel.

L’hôtel fait face à une grande place qui fait office de circuit automobile (informel) la nuit, ce qui rend le sommeil incertain. Les ascenseurs sont très lents et peu rassurants. Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur d’un Sofitel sauf pour le café, qu’il vaut mieux commander 10 min avant de descendre pour espérer qu’il accompagne les viennoiseries.

Je descends toujours avec plaisir au Sofitel Victoria. J'ai remarqué cette fois de gros progrès concernant l'accueil de la part du personnel, enfin des sourires et un semblant de considération. La chambre est spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la place, la literie est confortable et l'insonorisation excellente. Magnifique salle de bain fonctionnelle. Bonne ambiance au restaurant, avec une très bonne cuisine, et un serveur très professionnel, il a fait l'effort de me parler quelques mots de français. Le petit déjeuner buffet est complet, la salle est jolie et lumineuse, un petit bémol concernant le personnel de service masculin encore trop réservé pour certains, les serveuses sont plus avenantes. La piscine est tout simplement extraordinaire, je choisi le Sofitel Victoria en grande partie pour cette espace aquatique...
