The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, and my room was made up each day, so no complaints there. However, on the day of our arrival, we went for lunch, and waited for over an hour with receiving any food, I had a meeting mid afternoon, so I had to leave without having any lunch. Most evenings after our hard days work, there was no-one there to man the bar, so we were unable to purchase a drink. These are the only reasons I gave a score of 8 and not a 10. The staff were all very nice to us.

Could you please send us more details about what time you wanted to use the restaurant? We had groups arriving that day and perhaps the long wait for the meal was due to this. We would also like to know what time you would like to go the bar in the evening, as our bar is open until midnight. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the above. One week, good location (walking distance to to center, good bus and train connections to other parts of Warsaw including airport), nice, clean, quiet room, excelent breakfast and good price. This hotel was reccomended to me and I strongly agree that it was a great choice.
