The room is clean and comfy. But the bar on the ground floor is THE place to go and enjoy. The bartenders: Daniel and Astha are fantastic. They are so attentive and serve the drinks and food wholeheartedly. The ambiance is cheerful but not overly noisy. I really had a good time.

Athulya made us feel like part of the family during our stay at this beautiful hotel. The spacious foyer, pretty Pink Bar and Restaurant created a lovely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Plus, the hotel's excellent location can't be beat - right next to the Greenwich Station and just a stone's throw from a supermarket, chemist, and a variety of wonderful pubs, restaurants, and markets. The best attractions of Greenwich is just a short walk away, including the Royal Observatory, other Museums, and the Cutty Sark, we were spoiled for choice! Highly recommended!

Excelent Location, good stay!

We (me, my wife and 9 years old girl) booked this hotel for a weekend in London, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The bedroom is large and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is split in shower and toilet, but we faced problems with the sink. Staff were good, but I could not use my All Accor for paying the remaining value, which I think is not right, because I have already used them in previous bookings. The location is fantastic, right next to the train station, and close to the Greenwich center, with lots of good restaurants, the park and the market. In summary, I could come back to this hotel again, but only if I could use my All points.

I was met upon arriving by very welcoming friendly staff , Nice food and drinks at the colourful bar . The room was very comfortable with good storage and overall just really enjoyed my experience. All staff and management always seemed to be in a happy outgoing mood during my stay and were great at giving advice on things to do around London , I would highly recommend
