We had a great dinner in the Gourmet Bar. Our waiter, Abhay was very kind and took a good care of us. He helped us with our baby’s food and always had a smile. The food was very good and there is a nice choice of beer. It is also well decorated for Christmas. Regarding the hotel room, it is spacious and clean. We recommend this place.

Hotel lobby was very nicely done up for Xmas..rooms were functional and met our needs..town is very interesting with a great fusion of Asian, European and Western cuisine and people..hotel staff were great..especially Vijay..Vijay was excellent with his service, tips and advice..went out of his way to help us with our bags and the taxi..made us feel like we were staying at Buckingham..will visit again just to have a drink with him!

Great hotel! Staff is very attentive and very helpful whenever you have any doubts. During breakfast a variety of food is being offered. Location is perfect, right at the station of Greenwich. Special thanks to Astha who delivered exceptional service during our dinner. We will definitely come back again.

Queen Room - spacious with a bonus of a bath which was great after a long day of travelling! Used restaurant as travelling solo, and not familiar with the area. Had excellent service from Athulya and Nav. Great location next to station but rooms backing onto rail tracks a little noisy but not excessive

Great service, our waiter Astha was a very nice person, service minded and sweet. The food was excellent, personally I got a pizza and would reccommend the pizza piccante. But all the food looked great. And the food came pretty fast. Thank you Astha 😊
