The service here is always second the none! The team are always going above and beyond when necessary - rooms are super clean too and Bani is fantastic! The breakfast options are also very robust too! Love to stay here. Would come here often. Thnx

Very nice team with Astha for the meal, warm welcome, clean rooms, lost of space, good meal, and team always here to help. Location is perfect for London visit, lots of restaurants near by. Greenwich is a nice cheap location for London visit and there are places to visit also.

Nice location, far from downtown but within meters to the trains station . The borough is very nice . Very clean hotel and excellent staff. Close to the river so you can use the boat from downtown. Close to National observatory, Maritime Museum, Queen’s house and Cutty Sark Museum

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Greenwich. The location is ideal for exploring Greenwich and excellent transport links to central London. All the staff were really friendly, special thanks to Alex on reception who couldn't do enough for us, gave us loads of recommendations for things to see and do in London and answered all my questions. The food in the restaurant was really good and a good variety at the breakfast buffet Rooms are spacious and very clean, super comfy beds and we all had good night's sleep...the hotel is next to the train line which I was worried about, but no noise at all! Thanks again to all the staff for making our trip so comfortable! 😊

Great location and lovely staff. Feels like home 😊 Love the shower and the bed, so fluffy. The check in process was so easy and take just a few minutes. Breakfast was so good. The staff was so kind to provide me a safe place for my luggage. A good option in UK. Soon i will return.
