We visited in December 24 for a Christmas night away and the hotel was the perfect base to explore Greenwich. We have a wonderful time. The room was great and Vijay was very friendly, helpful and attentive to any requests. Would visit again!!

Vijay has helped me a lot and has been very forthcoming. He has given me information about London, suggestions about my future stays and practical tips. He has offered a tailor made stay for the next time according to my preferences. He definitely went the extra mile. thank you, see you next time

The room was good and comfortable. The only thing I will say is, that it’s quite dusty and sofa was a little dirty. I would recommend for the price and location. There are nearby shops for food too. On my checking in staff was not friendly but on my check out both Vijay and Bina were extremely friendly.

Hardware at Novotel is less than perfect (actually quite far from it) but the staff are enthusiastic and helpful. At the front desk Camilla (especially), Merina and Nav were all friendly, patient and forthcoming. Wont be my last visit surely.

Rated your very comfy beds, comparable to Premier Inn, well done ! Also a big thank you to Bina on Reception who helped me to cobble together a protective covering for a very special Tour Poster as it was raining heavily outside. Thanks Bina.
