Excellent hotel, near all Greenwich attractions and lots of restaurants and pubs. Easy access from DLR. Excellent service and friendly staff. Clean and felt very safe. COVID restrictions in place were simple to follow.

A good stay let down by the lengthy check in process (only one person on the desk) and outdated rooms which were not cleaned properly (lots of dust and sticky ring marks visible from previous drinks). Breakfast was very good though.
One of the best places to stay in Greenwich

This hotel is very well located for visiting Greenwich. It is beside the rail and DLR station and so is in walking distance of all the tourist attractions in the area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the restaurant is excellent and the staff exemplary.

Part business & part family. 2 x adjoining rooms for 2 nights. Good to excellent overall experience. Some challenges when checking in but these were resolved. Good customer service with Antonio in the breakfast restaurant a stand out.
Staff very friendly but internal communication shocking

Very strange stay .. we checked in and paid for breakfast in advance On entering the room it had not been cleaned. Back to reception and they quickly moved us . Gave us 2 paper cups with milk and tea and advised up that even for a 3 night stay the room would not be cleaned:( we were told there was a 24 hour bar but when we asked for drinks after 10pm !! That it was bottled beer only and curtly told if I wanted a pint to come back next day. For the next 3 day every time we went for breakfast we were told we hadn't paid and each day WE had to go to reception to clear up the issue.on the last day they twice lost our breakfast order and when it did arrive it was undercooked and inedible. Now this may sound like a nightmare but executive room was lovely and all the staff did try hard. For the price this was unacceptable really different if the prices matched the amenities
