On entering the room, we could see long black hairs on floor and bedsheet. In the bathroom, there was a brown substance all over the tap handle and soap dispenser. The door handles and light switches were also sticky with this. I had to basically clean the room before my family used it. There are no lights in the dressing area, so difficult to do makeup, hair and get dressed properly. There was constant loud noise and banging through the night into the morning - like building work. On checkout we mentioned this and he said the lift was being fixed. We won't be returning. It was the worst hotel we've stayed at in years.

The upper deck nice service by Audrie very kind and friendly. Nice food and good prices In a good distance to tube when travelling around London and close to o2 arena. Excel London right next to hotel. Rooms are nice and good beds, very happy about our stay

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff was incredible, especially Audrie, who was charming, cheerful, and courteous. The buffet was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good food and fabulous breakfast ! Nice and caring staff One name I can’t leave - she is Audrie - lovely and caring staff who behave with us like a family member - appreciate Audrie 🥰 Highly recommended to stay here - breakfast , Staff and amenities good even though it is a bit far from London

The hotel room exceeded my expectations, the lady at reception was friendly and checked me in very quickly. I decided to go to upper deck rather than ordering room service and I’m glad I did, our waiter Eben made the whole experience, he was funny and very helpful. definitely an asset to the team.
