Visited the place for a weekend getaway trip with friends. The rooms were clean, the staff was polite, and the overall ambience was calm and relaxing. Breakfast was nice and the stay was smooth and hassle-free. Special mention to Shantan, who made our stay even more pleasant. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. His service truly stood out and added great value to our overall experience at the hotel. A good choice for a short getaway. Would definitely visit again!

Poor cleanliness of the room

The hotel experience was overall quite bad. There was stains all over the carpets and blood stains on the chairs. When I queried this with the hotel staff all they were offering was a free breakfast. They eventually changed our room to what we hoped to be much cleaner. However, this wasn’t the case. There was multiple stains everywhere. It was a total let down from our experience the year before. After emailing the helpline constantly, there was no response at first and when there was there was no chance of getting any compensation back from the overall dirtiness of the room.

Convenient and friendly hotel

I stopped here twice for a passport renewal in November and December. It’s right next to the passport office so very convenient for the 4 hour service. The hotel is well run and the team are very friendly. The front desk is very friendly and helpful at all times and the team who run the bar made my evening on Tuesday this week. Nice fish and chips in the restaurant at lunch.
