We would like to give special thanks to Ayesha, Reception Manager, for her extraordinary service during our 2-night stay at Novotel London ExCeL, where we were attending an event at ExCeL. She made sure our stay was comfortable at all times and personally asked her team to look after us, which truly made a difference. The hotel location is prime and perfect for events at ExCeL, and overall this was the best stay ever. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again. 😊

Extremely poor service and nobody around to complain! I requested an assited room for my mother and was ignored. Tried calling them for 4 days !! Also requested the special rates for this visit and never got that.

Smit Doshi was great. Very kind, patient and helpful with my checkin. The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable.
