I’m coming here regularly because I have my work close to.It is a pleasure for me to coming back.My room was clean on arrival and very well maintained to all my stay,I had 4 nights stay that was very good.Bathroom it was clean and had everything you needed for a good shower.Restaurants closed by the hotel.

The staff are horrendous and make up stories and lies about paying customers who are nothing but polite and respectful at all times- These staff members include Rayaan, Ida, Jeannie, Mariana,Christina, Kapioli, Rachel,Taj and Wajid Mohammed the General Manager( who allows staff to harass and bully customers and believes terrible lies from staff with no evidence. The rooms are not cleaned properly and many customers are not treated fairly.

Basic hotel, but quite expensive. Staff were OK - felt quite transactional though. Bed was comfortable enough, but clear signs of wear and tear with the decoration and furnishings which had seen better days. Shower worked OK but the bathroom was horrible, with a bad smell from the drains!

Some staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I was given a room key for a room that was already occupied and ended up walking into a couple's private moment. My tv failed to connect to the Internet and the cleanliness of the room was poor. The policies of the hotel are unfriendly as our group couldn't eat together. Security was non-existent and as a woman left me feeling vulnerable especially when room keys could be handed to the wrong person.

Be very wary when you check in -reception staff very keen to get you to pay again! Despite paying in full before we went and having an email to show this the reception staff stated we hadn't paid. Then said we had changed the booking the day before - we hadn't we had only checked in online as requested. Still wanted further full payment for the room. Finally gave us the room key but 40 mins later member of staff came to our room -again stated we hadn't paid! I showed him again and the payment details -finally agreed that not had been paid. Very embarrassing situation and un-necessary. No real apology Wouldn't use Ibis again if this is how they treat people who have paid up front!
