Excellent, Six night stay with family for New Years! Minor bathroom issues.

I had researched options for our week in London extensively. The Novotel Greenwich represented best value for money given we needed two rooms for the six of us. So glad we did as overall we had an excellent stay with some minor issues. Staff were very good and as others have said the breakfasts and meals were of a high standard. The bar in particular had really cosy feel and was very welcoming. Location perfect for the rail station and no shortage of good pubs and restaurants nearby. We ate at the ‘Lost Hour’ several times along with ‘ Davy’s Wine Vaults’ both virtually next door. We also used the playgrounds at Greenwich park and the children saw a movie at the nearby picture house. Bus stops literally outside the hotel. Only negatives were the conditions of the baths in our two rooms. One had the tap removed and the other had a leaky plug. Sinks appeared modern but were worn with peeling ceramic/tarnished. Was also a little surprised when we asked reception about laundry and they hunted around for a business card for a third party provider (Laundry Heap). They were excellent and our full bag of washing was picked up and back within 24 hours. Just think this could be embraced fully or better communicated. That aside we loved Greenwich and this hotel and would stay here again.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with plentiful amenities and a massive television. The restaurant/bar was better than most of the options in the area. Staff are very friendly. Location is perfect to quickly get on the DLR or for walking to anything you need. Loved the stay!

All the services were perfect: breakfast, room service Day! specificaly with Bina: thank's a lot : it was a real pleasure. The service at the morning of Christmas Day was perfect.. The room was at the top for our arrival. All the staff give us all the information and services we need....it was really nice.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. The hotel has a great ambience, the breakfast was excellent and the staff are polite, helpful and courteous. The price was very competitive and represented good value for money. Highly recommended.

We have met at this hotel every January for many years to hold a Balint type conference. Colleagues come from far abroad as well as within the UK for a long weekend. The hotel, as always, provided excellent value accommodation and is very handily placed for travel by rail, riverboat or just walking to historical sites around Greenwich. The breakfasts are fabulous value, the staff always friendly, professional and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Can't fault the place and we will continue using it every year.
