I’d like to clarify that our Reservations team had indeed been in contact with you prior to your review, advising that we had encountered a technical issue during the booking process. They also provided flexibility by offering to either reinstate the reservation for July or proceed with a full refund—pending your confirmation. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face such an issue, particularly after a smooth initial stay in April. Please rest assured that the situation was not taken lightly, and our team made every effort to communicate transparently and work toward a suitable resolution, despite the system error. We sincerely apologise once again for the inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that we remain committed to resolving this.
