A great place to stay when I go to London: fantastic team, comfy and welcoming lobby, comfortable and clean rooms. My favourite spot when I visit London.

VERY SMELLY, SMALL AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Don't let the nice welcoming reception with a pleasent scent fool you. The rooms are very small, with no chair and no air conditioning. They absolutely STUNK of sewerage, no wonder the cleaners left the window open every day. This was a hotel wide problem as I heard others in the lift talking about the bad smell in thier room. The bathroom is so dark, it's dangerous when showering. There are no lights for makeup or personal care. There was no hairdryer in the room either, but asked at reception and they gave us one. Rooms were however cleaned each day....shame they didn't have any air freshener to mask the bad smell. The restaurant was not open, with people being redirected to a 'neighbour' hotel. Luckily the area around had plentiful bars/restaurants/cafe. Will not stay again.

Please know that had this issue been brought to the attention of our reception team, we would have gladly arranged a room change to ensure your comfort. Regarding the bathroom lighting and the hairdryer, we appreciate your comments. Hairdryers are typically located in the wardrobe within a labeled black bag, and our team is always available to assist if items are not readily visible. We are also actively working to improve lighting in the bathrooms to better support guests’ needs. We apologize for the restaurant closure during your stay. This was due to third-party electrical works, and we had arranged for breakfast at our nearby sister hotel as a temporary solution. We understand the inconvenience and are pleased to share that the kitchen is now fully operational. Thank you for acknowledging our housekeeping team’s efforts, as well as the vibrant selection of bars and cafes in the area. Very friendly check in staff. Snacks available from reception if wanted. Rooms very basic but clean and all we needed for one night to see ABBA Voyage. Greet position to Greenwich Market, Cutty Sark , Naval college , restaurants and cafes etc. Excellent transport links . Very quiet room. Bathroom clean but a little tired. Would have been nice to have net curtains as well as standard curtains for privacy as window looks onto neighbouring flats.

Lovely hotel - great location

Stayed here as we were attending a concert at the O2. Parking is available but we came by train - hotel is only 5 mins from Cutty Sark DLR. Check in was quick and easy. Lift or stairs to rooms. We'd requested a quiet room and were given exactly what we'd hoped! Room was lovely and spotless - all you need for 1 or 2 nights is there...tea/coffee facilities, bathroom products etc. Staff were super friendly throughout our stay and hotel provides excellent value for money vis a vis location. There's a restaurant attached (we had excellent lunch there the next day) or loads of cafes and bars in the immediate area. We will definitely use hotel again...superb!

Comfortable, well appointed quiet room. Covered all the basics needs, and was well situated for touring Greenwich. They do charge extra for early checking. Only a short walk from the underground, the Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory, Queen’s Palace, and the Greenwich Market.
