A Warm and Welcoming Stay

We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The room service was impeccable, and everything was always spotless. A special thanks to Barbra, whose warm smile and cheerful demeanor made our mornings truly enjoyable! We would love to return☺️

This is a stunning hotel. The rooms are large, bright and the views from some of them are nothing short of spectacular. The vast majority of the staff are lovely people who have such a genuine attention to customer service. The reason this isn’t a 5 star review is two-fold: one of the staff on reception just looked plain miserable whenever I saw her. This is a shame because all of the other staff on reception were really friendly and smiley. The other reason is that housekeeping chapped the door on the second day of my stay (I was there for two nights so had another night to go) and I said they could come in. They said they wouldn’t enter a room with a guest in it, and left. I thought this odd. Surely they should have offered to come back later? When I stayed in the Novotel in Blackfriars, the staff there were happy to freshen the room up with me there and I kept out of their way. Alas, this time, my room was therefore not cleaned or the bins emptied at all during my stay.

I am sorry that one of the reception team were sad, we never know what may have happened to her/him that day as normally they are all very smiley. Of course I will address the issue with the housekeeping team and I do wish you had let reception know as we could have got your room serviced for you. The trip was good overall, check in was quick and easy with a friendly receptionist. Room was clean could do with more milks for coffee and maybe nicer coffee sachets in room. Roof terrace hired out for the evening which was a disappointment and no notification of this. Breakfast undercooked egg and other eggs just sitting so not good, bacon rock hard, breakfast was not relaxing a guest talking loudly on the phone standing by window by our table, this is not hotel's fault but maybe some etiquette notice as this was really annoying when you are trying to eat breakfast, maybe need to choose times for breakfast as was rather chaotic. We used pool facilities which were clean and nice. Hotel is in a convenient location.

I am Brazilian, and I received very good service at this hotel, especially in the restaurant during breakfast, the Brazilian staff Ketelin and Aline were very helpful. She's is 10! thank you accor for the experience in london.The hotel is perfect with complimentary coffee and water in the room, the room is very large and comfortable. truly a pleasant experience in London. gratitude.

I would just like to personally thank every staff member possible at this hotel because it is honestly the best and only hotel i will ever stay at in london. I’ve been staying myself since 2022 and everytime i feel more and more at home, it is honestly like a home away from home. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and easy to get along with. The spa if phenomenal and the view from the breakfast bar and sky bar is honestly jaw dropping. I couldn’t recommend a better hotel ever and will be returning for many more business and recreation trips. Big thank you to Jacqui and the team for always looking after me, but a special big thank you to Jacqui for everything you do. I would rate it a 11/10 if i was able to.
