We arrived to the hotel in the morning Rayan service was exceptional. The breakfast was good but the WiFi connection was too slow and the hotel quiet far from central London.

Our review is for the care, compassion and consideration that this hotel’s reservations section afforded myself and my family.I am a Vietnam veteran a T.P.I. veteran who depends on help and assistance and this case IBIS DOCKLANDS Reservation Department excelled unfortunately I made a genuine error with my booking arrival date and the staff walked me through the process to correct this issue I truly appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you more kindly we now can look forward to seeing you on the correct date

Ok hotel but only stay if visiting excel

Stayed 1 night in nov 25 Good - 5 mins walk from Custom House tube station, 1 minute walk to excel centre entrance, good size tv in room. Bad - breakfast no more than ok with a few cheap options such as low quality yogurt, hotel is dated but has had a refurb in places
