We loved our stay - hotel was in a superb location - next to the Stratford station with Elizabeth line, central line and jubilee line to get anywhere in London and right next to incredible Westfield with all the shops, restaurants and next to Olympic park. This is a perfect location to explore London. Such a good value for money and also quiet rooms!

I booked this hotel stay nearly a year in advance, due to a concert at the nearby London Stadium. I had an early check in and the staff were friendly and courteous, asking if I wanted a quieter room. The quiet room was not at all. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel who were making a lot of noise, plus the sound coming from the supermarket loading bay out the back was really loud, so was woken up earlier than hoped for. The bathroom was dated, with odd staining on the floor, like there’d been black mould at some point. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, many within the Accor group, and this is the worst I’ve stayed in by far. Premier inn offer a sleep guarantee. It’d be nice if Accor / Ibis did the same.

Awful place and awful experience. Hotel staff have very little English, don't understand their role and have zero customer service skills. Hotel very noisy with drunken youths. No action taken by inept hotel staff. Breakfast was a very enlightening experience, especially if you like cold 'cooked' food.

Lovely hotel for a night away in London. We had an accessible room and the only thing that let the hotel down slightly was the bathroom could have been cleaner. A very minor point but there were a few hairs on the shower seat and the shower wasn’t a very pleasant experience as we are both able bodied. Other than that a very comfy night sleep
