Personal belongings thrown away during stay. I stayed at the Ibis Excel for work - during my 3 night stay I kept my belongings in a mug on the side receipts, trains tickets and my house keys. On Wednesday 18th January the contents of the mug were thrown away. Hotel room wasn’t changed I was advised I would be refunded the cost of new keys but nobody replies to emails. Very poor customer service.

Really comfortable room. Staff were so polite and helpful at all times. We stayed 3 nights and had evening meals on our 2nd and 3rd night. If we’d known the food was so good we would have eaten there on the first night too.

Peaceful and cozy clean and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff and great service. Convenient restaurants and shops and beautiful views of the water and areas. Would recommend to friends and family anytime

Amazing customer service. Jason was extremely helpful! He has the warmest and most welcoming smile that instantly made me feel welcomed. When I came to him regarding some issues he instantly resolved them for me in a calm manner which doesn't normally happen in other hotels. Thank you again for your hospitality!
