Great stay at Novotel London Greenwich . Great location, just by the train station, very trendy reception and welcome. Room spacious and clean . Also great views to Greenwich and Canary Wharf . Breakfast was superb with great variety. Will fully recommend.

Lovely afternoon tea. Many thanks to Dinesh and Astha for making the birthday celebration extra special. Loved the entire experience and ambience at Novotel London Greenwich. The food served was also great, would come back again definitely!

I had a stay earlier this month abs I have to stay it was truly wonderful , the indian chef was amazing and really went out his way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was also very clean and had nice decorations on the bed. There was towel swan. Finally I just have to say the hotel looks so modern from the entrance to the reception area and restaurant looked so nice - I would definitely come again.

Lovely hotel, perfect local location with obvious great transport links. The room was clean and to a standard expected with a chain such as this. Just don’t expect a smile on arrival. We arrived for our stay to a poor, unfriendly welcome. We felt like we had interrupted something. After they finally found our reservation we were told where our room was. “The lifts on the right”. I will advise you that you need to use your room card to summon the lift, because the staff won’t. No milk for tea or coffee, no water, but a knock on the door after 30 minutes in the room for someone just handing it two bottles to us, no words. Day 2 breakfast we were told that only one person booked for that day. “Go to reception” with a not my problem attitude. Reception made me stand there and find my email confirmation to prove rather than checking her system, she couldn’t apparently!!! When I showed her it was their mistake. No apology, just a huff and a “well it’s a system error”. Too late, embarrassment's happened. Huge downer on our stay. I’ve never seen such terrible service from hotel staff. They all looked depressed. Check out is 12 noon but expect a knock on your door an hour before to ask “when are you checking out”? Customer service training is needed.

The Front Desk were excellent, warm , welcoming and effiecient. The Restaurant had a lot of new employees trying to figure things. I have been coming for years and could see the gaps and sadly deep in efficiency and professional service. I hope time makes it worthwhile. Housekeeping , another warm Welcome, but sadly , without the core Supervisors and overall Head, they employee efficiency was low. For days, no garbage pick up nor refills for my Executive status. The longer staying employees were very good and efficient as ever but the ones struggled, making me question the value and worth in the Stay. Will give updtes as I go along Thank you, Elena, Jordeta, Front Desk!
