Really convenient location for the Excel, so easy to get to from King’s Cross Station too (one tube stop, then change on to Elizabeth line to Custom House). Check in super quick and efficient, and service was great too! The room was a little hot but I think it’s only because it was an unusually hot day when I went. Audrie in the restaurant was lovely and so friendly too.

Stayed 2 nights for business. Everyone was being upgraded to an executive room. No bigger than previous years but liked the coffee machine dressing gown and slippers. Breakfast ok no scrambled or poached egg but usual selection of fruit and pastries.

Stayed in suite with sofa. The day before leaving they didn't clean the room. The room needs to be refurbished, broken room door,dirty sink etc. Friendly staff.
