Potae Lobby manager is very friendly and helpful. He is very professional and when there is questions asked for him, he is able to answer and give a good answer. The hotel is very clean and nice. The service and the staffs in the hotel was very kind as they smile when we enter the hotel. Highly recommended !

Potae was extremely friendly and nice in arranging for our accommodation here at novotel siam square. The location of the hotel was also very prime and helped us in the convenience of our shopping. Really glad we booked this hotel! Can’t wait for the rest of the trip :))

We just arrived at novotel siam square . Very nice hotel. And we escorted warmly with the staff. The check in process went smooth and fast. As a accor gold membership. We got an upgraded the room. Especially thanks to Tizz who made this moment so special. Mr tizz and his colleague Sai at front office made this. And also from the manager Toey who helped me so much on this process.

Rooms were great, pool area was nice, with a bar. Breakfast was fantastic, very clean with friendly staff. Check in was easy after a long day. They will organise tours for you which we did, a must is China town food tour. Bangkok was busy but we liked it. Lots of places to shop.

We had amazing an experience with Potae and Bank. They provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends since it’s right next to Paragon and in Siam Square.
