Had a 4 nights stay at this hotel. Disappointed from the start. Originally booked the old unrenovated room, its dark n run down and lacking basic power points for necessary use. Fridge doesnt cool. Really pathetic hair dryer thats like a led charge fan. 5star hotel and cant provide proper hairdryer and fridge. 2nd day decided to changed to G club room, with lounge access. Still same pathetic hairdryer and fridge. Nothing much difference in new improved G room, same no covenient plug points. Breakfast was ok in 2nd floor Tiva. Nothing much in lounge. Tea time was just ok. Drinks at 5 to 7pm was average. Food was limited varities. Last day was allowed late chk out at 4pm. Lady at lounge said ok for me to wait at lounge but my key was deactivated and was told that i was only allowed 1hr access after checked out when i enquired at front desk why my key was deactivated. Unbelivable treatment for guest who just spent 4 nights at the hotel and as if im going to empty their alcohol drink at loung n foods. Even weird the little bar when asked for ice for my drink, they wanted 10bht. Shud have just asked for a bucket of ice send to my room, probably get charged for it. Even i ask cutlery for use in room i was told unless i order room service food, they cant send cutleries to room. Overall, staff at all levels in the hotel dont seem friendly and definitely lacking the Thai hospitality touches. Defintely my first and last stay here. Never coming back to this hotel.

Pros: - Location and proximity to BTS - Nice rooftop bar and restaurant to see cityscape Cons: - Rooms are extremely dated; furniture scuffed: walls have stains; stained carpet (Room 1515 see photos) - Service staff at Breakfast are least bothered about your needs. I asked the staff to get me a toasted slice of bread along with the omlette she brought, she pointed me to the bread station - Service at the rooftop bar was disappointing. I had to remind the staff twice about my pending drinks and when I asked for water, I never got it. If you are expecting 5 star facilities and service, this one is not it.

Everyone was so kind, so hospitable. The rooms are clean, presentable and comfortable, the breakfast was simply amazing...…I have travelled to so many countries but the staff and care at the Pullman G hotel is the Best.

Overall an excellent place to be: - well trained and friendly staff - F&B: fantastic breakfast with home made bread ( better than at home), at bar / restaurant Scarlett: variety and selection of wines to be mentioned (you may find wines you would not expect ), beef/ fish / and cheese selection top in class, great service, all managed by a passionate and very professional young French Restaurant Manager - you may notice that Hotel G is run very professionally with high standards in all areas, this as well makes the difference
