I was very satisfied with my stay at your hotel and wanted to give it a 10, I ended up giving it a 9. Because my deposit hasn't been refunded yet. So I wanted to kindly follow up regarding the deposit that was taken from my card during chek-in. I haven't seen it refunded yet, and I would appreciate your assistance.

Dear Ms. B., Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate that you share your experience with the stay. For the deposit, as mentioned during the check in time. The deposit made if not use they will be sent to cancel via the local bank and international bank in full. The process should take time approximately 7-14 business day. After your checked out, hotel has already done sending the deposit to cancel along with other guest's checking out on the same date. However, the next step is the cancelation process which is beyond hotel control as it is up to the bank. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your stay with us. Room was in need of renovation, old worn fittings. Hotel Location wasn’t great, inexperienced staff made a lot of errors.

Overall the hotel was well-located from my workplace. Though the plugs could be better situated as not all charging head could fit into that space. Also, breakfast buffet could be warmer.

The service and breakfast was great but the hotel was a bit worn down. We were dissappointed to find out only after having arrived that the pool area was undergoing renovations and that the outdoor area had been sealed off. As this was one of the main reasons for us choosing Pullman G we were a bit disappointed.
