The hotel is nicely located right in front of the MRT station, easy to travel everywhere with it. The room rate is much higher than what i expected it to be. Hope it will be more competitive in future.

I have been to this hotel a number of times, but this time around there is a train/Bus station just in front of Hotel which is very convenient. Also, the eateries are nearby in the Parkway Parade mall. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided by the Hotel was also good.

It was a great stay with Grand Mercure. Booked a staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday and left a note to the team. The team prepared a small little cake for him, which was a very sweet gesture and we were both very surprised. The room stay was also very comfortable, good size and have everything we need. We will consider Grand Mercure for our next stay (probably our anniversary) 2!: big thanks to the team :)
