Reception staffs are not too friendly Room allocated was very smelly and had to change rooms, no word of apology for inconvenience Room amenities are absolute minimal Location is good, right at the mrt station, opposite shopping mall

Rooms were clean but breakfast not worth… extremely bad.. the casserole were always empty

My sister and I had a great stay and will definitely return. We love Katong area, been staying at other hotels but now Mercure Roxy is / will be our 1st choice!! First impression at the check in, by the warm and helpful staff named Mr. Michael. Housekeeping services was amazing, we were well taken care by Mr. Adrian. Thanks for the wonderful stay! we will sure be back!

Hotel rooms are a little tired, albeit kept clean. Hot water was intermittent and water pressure low compared to other visits. Lounge on 17th floor isn’t a space to be used as a place to work outside of your room, there is only 1 power socket available. Fridges aren’t kept stocked for privileged guests. Breakfast is VERY slow at egg counter. 1 person making fried eggs, omelettes, and noodles.. staff as a whole are friendly. Stephanie at the pool side bar does a great job. Reception processed can be very slow also even with 4 people on the desk
