The place was well maintained and clean, rooms especially were clean. Room service could be better and more items could be added to the room service menu as well. Staff was good as well.

I was extremely disapointed with our weekend stay with my family. Nearby resort plays loud music till 10 pm and the hotel staff lies to say that they will ask them to reduce their noise. The Hotel then next day organises a beach party for adults only and plays loud music till 9 pm. We could not even rest in our room and hence had to go out. They open their pool very late at around 9 am and this time is not suited for children due tp heat and single men crowd the pool later which makes it unsuitable for swim with family and children. Good breakfast, manager on duty did manage to change room when we requested refund due to noisy and poor environment for family where single men drinking occupied whole day at beach

I would like to share my feedback regarding an experience I recently had while seeking assistance. I approached the reception and informed the person in charge that I needed help. Although he initially attempted to assist, the interaction was unfortunately disappointing. He left without properly addressing my concern or even asking for further details, which made me feel ignored rather than supported. The check was smooth staff was very helpful and friendly the two girls at reception was very polite and helpful I couldn’t remember their names .we enjoyed till the max had a great time and definitely will be back for a staycation .
