Convenient location… near everything Rooms are adequate for business travelers…small bathroom space…no amenities…. Staff not helpful or friendly except for Steven at front desk and a night time concierge who didn’t have a name tag that I could see.

However, we regret to hear that aspects of your room did not meet your expectations. It disheartens us to learn that our staff's service was not consistently up to our high standards, and we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused. Overall stay is good not great, room is clean as always. Staffs at front desk are very helpful and tentative. Special mentioned to Paul Chan for his professionalism in customer service and caring approach to my family.

I'm a platinut member. I was greeted by stephen from the front desk, he was able to organize a free upgrade for myself, which I was quite happy. Service, was excellent and location was great and the room was clean too but bathroom door did had some squeak noise but it didn't ruin our stay.

Checking in proved complicated because the staff member was wearing a mask, which made it very difficult to understand what she was saying. Hotel is well located but relatively basic in terms of both rooms and public areas. Breakfast food was OK but didn’t look especially appetising. Breakfast area was a bit of a free-for-all, not especially well managed.

The housekeeping team is the gem though they are the most forgotten or neglected people. The lounge was busy with decent wine and finger food. However I wish the breakfast variety can be better especially for one who stayed six days in the same hotel.
