Staff is very good. Location is fine, not too far, although the hotel amenities are dated especially rooms.

Our team strives to provide exceptional service, and it is rewarding to hear that we have succeeded in making your stay enjoyable. However, we regret to hear that some aspects of our amenities did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments on the dated nature of our rooms. We understand the importance of maintaining a fresh and contemporary environment, which is why we have recently completed a touch up for 250 of our guestrooms in 2023, following the refurbishment in 2017. We are committed to continually enhancing our facilities to enrich the guest experience. Finally, it is great that you appreciated our hotel’s location. Nestled in the heart of Wan Chai, we are indeed ideally situated for exploring the vibrant city life and its many attractions, such as the nearby shopping hub in Causeway Bay and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, all within a short walk from our doorstep. Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help. Beds are comfortable and rooms are of good size. Rooms are quiet so it's easy to sleep through the night. Easy walk to all transport. Breakfast is good with a nice assortment to choose from. Restaurant staff are mostly friendly although two for the older men could do a little better on customer service. If I am in HK again, I would have no issue staying here again.
