Prawn is stale. Dishes are flavourless. For the room service, no places can place the big big big plate. A hotel food service trolley should be used. Only the pre decoration is well-prepared.
Nice Experience as Staycation

I am pretty satisfied with my stay in this hotel. The lounge service in the AK’s bar was great, the snack and the staff were good & friendly. The staff serving in the bar named Florence was really friendly and nice. I very much appreciate her attitude in serving her guests. I can tell she really has her heart for this job. Checking In & Out was efficient and staff were nice. However, I was REALLY upset about my morning dining experience at the LeCafe. There weren’t any simple greetings or services provided. No one would dare to serve drinks, usually coffee or tea, and we had to serve all by ourselves at all time except for food on the list that the staff had to bring to our table. A tall glass-wearing feller serving on Feb 23 & 24, morning section was significant in my mind. He was really rude by waving his hand just for a pen that had been placed on the table. I was shocked. Why didn’t he just simply asked for it, or took it himself, and not waving in front of someone else’s face, that was extremely disrespectful. I believed the restaurant staff requires re-training. Besides, I had never ever experienced that kind of service throughout my stay in other Accor hotels. Even a staff serving in fast food restaurant like McDonald's wouldn’t do that to her guests.
