No pool…. When I booked the stay this was not communicated and we were very disappointed we could not swim. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel….. My son was super upset that the pool wasn’t in working condition

Great location, good and efficient service, could be more pleasant at breakfast, and room cleanliness in 1617 (handicapped room but I am not handicapped) could be better in bathroom.

This hotel’s management is greedy and completely insensitive. My husband had an emergency surgery a few days ago, we can’t travel anymore, and despite providing official medical documents they refused to cancel my booking. I fully understand that my booking is non‑refundable, but this isn’t just a simple cancellation — it’s a serious health issue. Beware: all they care about is money, not people!
