The elevators were constantly playing up and on one occasion we were stuck in them for an extended period. They would also miss a floor (that had been selected). The breakfast options were limited. Concierge was very helpful and (most) of the reception staff were friendly. Door staff not so much. The 'accessible' room was not very accessible with such a large bed you couldn't negotiate around it in a wheelchair and there was no rail for the toilet. A manual door in a narrow passage meant you had to wheel backwards as you opened the door which was very awkward.

Good but difficult to get maintenance items in room attended to

Poor english, and cold

The receptionist Was very bad to talk english, and didnt told us anything about our stay. The room 712 Was very cold, the regulator dosens work.

Nl Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Longer stay (6 nights) with daughter on our first visit to Paris. The location was incredibly convenient, near major attractions and to a RER station so easy access to Zones 1-3 of Paris. Staff were very accommodating at our late check-in, especially front desk/ Accor Welcome desk staff who kindly helped out with I discovered I had accidentally packed a US and not EU charger! Her advice to use the local Monprix led us to discover a very handy department store that had prepared food, groceries and snacks, clothes that we needed to buy and of course both EU chargers and adaptors galore! Service was maintained throughout our stay, especially in the breakfast area the 3 times we eat there.
