A relaxing stay in Warsaw

This was my second stay at the Mercure Grand, having last stayed there two years ago. The rooms, even the smallest like I had, are great and use the space well so you feel as though you have plenty of room for two. The bathroom is well designed, with a basin that is accessible even if a second person is in the toilet or shower. One of my favourite things about this hotel is the area that it is in, which is very quiet indeed. You rarely hear any noise from the street or other rooms. Because of this, it can feel as though you are removed from the rest of the city, but in reality you are only a few minutes walk away, whilst at the same time benefitting a calmness that you don’t find in all hotels in the city.

 I would happy to stay here again in the future.

Perfect hotel in the center of Warsaw. Very helpful staff. I did not test the breakfasts during this stay, will do another time. Very spacious rooms, you can rest peacefully as well as work comfortably. Plenty of city parking in the vicinity of the hotel.

A good choice in Warsaw

I had a standard double with two beds. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had an unusual set-up for the bathroom. The toilet was in a completely separate room on the other side of the wardrobe from the sink and shower. My room (809) faced north which gave me a lovely view of the Warsaw skyline, but on Thursday night, there was a lot of noise coming from somewhere in the hotel. I'm not sure if it was from the casino on the first floor or another place across the street (or maybe the floor above), but it was loud and lasted until midnight, making it difficult to get to sleep. Any other night was very peaceful, though. I also had dinner at the Winestone restaurant, which was delicious and the bar staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location is pretty good, although you have to walk two long blocks to get to a main street for busses and trams.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Europe.. the staff was so accommodating,the room was spacious, clean, modern, bathroom was spotless..The breakfast was a perfect way to start our day. The location was a pleasant 30 minute walk to the Christmas Market, and a 15 minute walk to the train station. I wasn't sure what to expect from Warsaw, but it was a wonderful, beautiful, experience!....

Stayed one night at the Mercure Grand Warsaw Hotel in April and had a very good time. The hotel location is very convenient and central and excellent somewhat hidden on a backstreet a short distance from the city centre "Śródmieście" of Warsaw about 10 minute walk to the Metro and bus station, about 15 minute walk to the regional/commuter train station and about 20 minute walk to the Main Central Train Station of Warsaw, thus very easy accessible with multiple methods of transport. The hotel is in a very quiet area with an elementary school opposite to it located right across the street and residential buildings surrounding it, yet just a block away or so there are many other hotels, restaurants, convenience stores and other stores and the shopping malls such as medium size shopping mall Wars Sawa Junior (ca. 10 minute walk from hotel) and huge size shopping mall Złote Tarasy (ca. 20 minute walk from hotel. I was very well greeted by the hotel that has a door man and the receptionist was also very attentive and friendly. I was immediately given an Accor ALL Live Limitless Priority Welcome and Check In as well as recognised as an Accor ALL Gold member and was given a complimentary room upgrade to a huge superior family room. I was also given the Accor ALL Gold member welcome drink voucher and was able to enjoy a superb Apperol & Spritz Premium Cocktail as well. The room was huge and was a Premium family room with a sofa-sofa bed and two sitting chairs. Huge working desk with desk chair and complete with stationary paper and pen on the table. There was a kettle and complimentary instant coffee pouches and tea bags in the room. Huge fully equipped mini-bar with large selection of beverages and spirits. Very large and comfortable over-size double bed with a cool and stylish comfortable movable adjustable bed table that could be utilised for multiple uses such as breakfast in bed table, laptop in bed table, etc, which was a nice feature. Room interior and decor very fresh and modern. Huge wall mounted flat screen "Samsung" brand Smart TV with Chromecast connectivity. Flawless high speed WiFi with consistent stable connection. Huge bathroom with really nice scent from exclusive scent sticks in jar that smelled lovely. Separate WC room and actual bathroom with huge in wall shower and huge mirror and large sink desk. Toiletries from the premium Accor ALL "Elemental Herbology" line in wall mounted bottles with the usual unisex really lovely Elemental Herbology scent. In conclusion, a really great stay and I was very impressed of the Mercure Grand Warsaw Hotel in the Polish capital city of Warszawa. Would consider great value for money, excellent, attentive, professional and polite staff. Would absolutely stay here again and would really recommend this hotel too.
