Everything top-tier. Welcoming reception staff, tasty breakfasts (with many options: sweet buns, fresh veggies and fruits, juices, freshly brewed coffee). Rooms spacious and comfortable with perfect housekeeping service. The room was spotless and we really enjoyed the two-days stay in Warsaw ☺️

I was lucky to receive a free upgrade to my room, so I enjoyed spacious accommodations with a couch and plenty of room to spread out my luggage and belongings. This was centrally located, close to the train station yet still an easy walk to the museums and other sights. Staff was always around to help with directions and hints to the city as well as maps. A variety of dishes, hot and cold, were offered at the daily breakfast buffet included in the reasonable room rate. I've always had good experiences with Ibis Styles, and this was no exception. Next time I am in Warsaw I will certainly stay here again.

I stay in Ibis hotels all over Europe and the Ibis Styles Warsaw City is certainly one of the better ones - it's clean, modern and has a great breakfast buffet. The hotel opened in 2018 as far as I can see and (probably because of a dip in tourists during the pandemic) feels brand new. There's a tram theme to the communal areas and some of the room artwork, and everything is finished nicely. Our twin room on the sixth floor was extremely spacious, had comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom with walk-in shower (although the design meant water did splash over the floor a bit). It's also slightly disappointing to see such a modern hotel not having USB charging ports in addition to plug sockets, but this is a minor niggle. It was also lovely of the staff to leave my friend - who was celebrating a birthday - a big balloon and glass filled with chocolate truffles in the room when we arrived. The breakfast was very good indeed, and offered as standard to Styles guests - there was a vast buffet of hot and cold meats, cheeses, salad items and breads, along with pastries, yoghurts, cereals and a waffle bar - together with tea, coffee and juice making facilities. The restaurant was busy throughout our stay but there were plenty of tables for everyone. The one very minor downside of this hotel is its location - it's in a residential area with very little around it. The nearest Metro station is a 6-7 minute walk, and it's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop on a direct line to the Old Town. You could certainly be closer to the action by staying elsewhere, but if you're happy to walk, then it's not an issue. Overall, this is a very good addition to the Accor family and I'd stay again if back in Warsaw.

I stayed here for two nights in October 2022. There's a lot to like about this hotel. Nice spotlessly clean rooms. A great breakfast. Good location. My stay, however, was ruined the noise on the 3rd floor. The first night, another guest and I noticed a loud thumping coming from somewhere in the middle of the floor around 9.30pm at night. It was like a herd of elephants charging through the area and could be heard across the whole floor. We complained to reception and they said they would invesitage. The noise stopped shortly afterwards so I assumed it had been some mechanical problem that had been fixed. On the last morning of my stay - a Sunday - I was hoping to have a nice lie in only to be awoken by the loud thumping again at 7.30am. I rang reception to complain. This time the receptionist was completely unsympathetic, said that it was coming from the running machine in the gym and that I should just wait for it to stop. I went to the Fitness Room myself to see if that was indeed the source of the noise. It was and I had ask the guest to stop running. To give a sense of how loud the noise was, my room was in the middle of the floor and the fitness room was at one end. The guest who had also complained the first night was even further away from the fitness room than I was! When I checked out I complained again. The receptionist seemed to be fully aware of the problem and suggested that I should have been moved rooms but this was never offered to me. It should have been offered when I was disturbed on the first night but I was never offered that by the hotel. The running machines need to be removed from the Fitness suite or the fitness suite fully soundproofed or moved to a floor that does not have bedrooms on it. Guests shouldn't have to put with this level of noise.

Oh,the beds! You will be enveloped in clouds. OK, perhaps a little exageration, but not by much. Despite being in the centre of the city, the soundproofing on this building is very good, so you can be assured of sleeping well. Breakfast is also veryt good, with an array of choices that will satisfy anyone, from die-hard vegan to obligatory carnivore. The gym offers a way to work off all those excess breakfast calories... Rooms are spacious, albeit I was offered a complementary upgrade when checking in, with a fridge, a useful addition. Reception staff are fluent in English.
