Amazing top deal, Ibis is always a pleasure, they really know how to deliver professional good services. The room was clean and modern, loved the interior design, the lobby really cozy, they also had a restaurant there with good food and nice cocktails, perfect to relax after a very long trip.

This hotel have fantastic rooms and service. Reception staff very helpfull. The rooms are very nice with tea and coffee. The rooms are very comfortable og verf nice bed and shower. The beakfast with many good polish food. Good menu for food in the evening. Been in this hotel 2 times this year and will keep coming back again later this year.

Very clean. Room and bathroom well thought out. Good breakfast included. Value for money. We used the restaurant as well in the evening and our meal was delicious. They staff were very helpful, particulary Alan on reception who gave us a warm welcome.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. In general, the impression of the service and location of the hotel is positive. First of all, the incredible cleanliness in the corridors catches the eye, as well as the pleasant smell. The cleanliness of the room (541) was also at a very high level. From check-in to the last day. The room was cleaned, bed linen, towels were changed and a glass bottle of still water was placed every day, the only thing was that on the day before departure, only the bed linen was changed, not even they put on water, it was a little strange, as if the cleaning was postponed until the next day, when I move out of the room. Very clean sanitary ware in the bathroom. The room also has a small wardrobe, an electric kettle, but one bag of tea and sugar is not enough. TV (with a rather limited selection of channels), hairdryer. The hair dryer works well. Also from what I liked: an assortment of dishes for breakfast, excellent coffee machines, tasty, high-quality coffee, the opportunity to make freshly squeezed juice and waffles for breakfast, the availability of lactose-free and soy milk in addition to regular milk. Availability of a table with baked goods, lemonade and coffee machines in the lobby, which you can use independently at any time. It is very convenient that there is a cooler with drinking water downstairs in front of the entrance to the elevator. A computer and a printer are also available in the lobby. Reception staff are quite friendly According to hotel rules, check-out is at 12:00 p.m., but until 2:00 p.m. you can use the room for free. By prior arrangement with the Reception. Free luggage storage room, used it after handing over the room. Elevators that go up only after you apply the key card from the room to the sensor, video surveillance cameras inside the elevators. Free ironing service is also a plus, you can get an iron and an ironing board at the reception. For me personally, the significant negative was not the ability to open the window. Among the minuses - there are not enough free tables for breakfast in the restaurant during peak hours, it is clear that the number of seats is not enough. The waiters of the restaurant - I would not call them friendly, not all the lights in the room work, the lighting is not enough. The hotel is located close to the Lazenkiv Palace, 15 minutes on foot, it is more convenient and faster to get to the center by public transport, taxi, or car.
