Stayed here with my partner from 8-10 April 2022. We have stayed here many times, as I make regular trips back to my homeland, and I am an Accor member. We always enjoy coming to this hotel. The welcome is always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom and beautiful views over the modern centre of Warsaw from about the 10th floor upwards. We did not have breakfast at the hotel on this occasion so cannot comment on it. The location is great for getting to the central station (about 10 minutes walk away), and is right at a hub for local bus, tram and metro connections. The Old Town is about a 30-40 minute pleasant walk away. The only reason we are giving this review a 4 and not a 5 on this occasion was that we did have problems with the cleaning staff. We had booked a late checkout (5pm) as we had an evening flight. However, at around 10am, my partner was in the shower and I was still sleeping in bed. My partner could hear repeated knocking on the door, followed by the door to our room being opened and then quickly closed when the cleaner realised her mistake. This happened again early in the afternoon, just after 12pm. The cleaner was knocking at the door and I had to shout through the door that we had a late checkout. We had booked a second room on this occasion on the floor above us for my cousin who had come to visit us. She also had a late check out but had exactly the same problem even though she hung a "do not disturb" sign on the door. This was annoying but it will not put us off coming here. When we reported the problem to the front desk they were very apologetic I would however like to really emphasise to the hotel how important it is that they very very clearly communicate to cleaning staff which rooms are not to be disturbed, and double check that the message has not only been received, but understood.

This hotel always provides excellent service - from check in until invoicing stay. Helpful team, great breakfast, front office - Anna - FO Manager helping as much she can. Rooms clean and tidied and an amazing view from top floors. Above this great hearts for supporting refugees in the hotel. Best place to stay in Warsaw

The hotel has a fantastic location. It is clean, breakfast is good, there is a nice bar which also serves tasty and varied food selection. The staff is helpful and friendly. Room size is normal for this hotel category, the design is modern/minimalistic, but quite practical. On the negative side, they need to do more to observe corona rules. I have not felt protected. There are a lot of people without mask and the staff doesn't tell them anything. Even some members of the staff were wearing the mask without covering the nose. It was no big and clear sign about the maximum number of people in the elevators. I don't feel comfortable travelling in a elevator with many people, some of them without mask.
Excellent location, but the level of the service is in question.

The hotel is packed with guests, so I believe stuff don’t bother too much any kind of curtesy. Customer service is barely existing, basically the attitude: “they know better” prevail. The hight occupancy creates huge lines to elevators, for breakfast and check-in/out in a busy times. Thus, some extra time needs to be calculated if anyone leaves to airport, so on.
