Great location, nice room with view and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Olga at the reception was very helpful and polite. Unexpectedly, even though we were staying at 26 floor there was noise from the road. Generally it was a very good staying

The staff is always very nice, and the chocolates are excellent. The room was very clean with a panoramic view of the city. If you are lucky you can have a view of Palac Kultury i Nauki. The perfect location, close to the subway station which allows you to move around the city quickly.

We are super Happy, all in the Hotel was good prepared and super easy to reach. View from 31 floor would be nicer but foggy wether stays with us longer. Room, breakfast, lifts ... All perfect. Many thanks and greetings for all service Personnel.

First time in Poland and it is so amazing. came to the hotel received the best and nicest welcome from Grzegorz, best service. Strongly recommend! There are 2 sides of view you could have, stadium and city view. for people who like lights and skyscrapers choose city view otherwise stadium view is the one to have!

I always stay there in Warsaw since the 70s. I have a guarantee that I will not be surprised by the lower quality of service or stay. Although recently the staff knocked on the door twice and entered the room around 3pm, although I had booked a stay until 5pm. Maybe no one indicated this to them in the service schedule. I didn't like it very much and next time I will put a special lock on the door from the inside, which I use when staying in third world hotels.
