My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at the wonderful Raffles Warsaw. We have been Raffles Ambassadors and Accor members since 2013, and experienced amazing hospitality and this hotel has been outstanding. The fabulous experience started when we were transferred from the airport to the hotel, using the hotel limousine service. Many thanks for the complimentary upgrade to the Executive Suite King, which was beautifully designed and appointed. Breakfast in the Europejski Grilll was the perfect place to start each day, we were taken great care of by Bozena and the entire team. The food was wonderful and so well prepared and presented, it was a true joy to spend time there in the morning. We had fabulous spa treatments, enjoyed spending time in the pool and reading in the relaxation room, many thanks to entire spa team. We enjoyed all our visits to the Long Bar, where Adam and all his team took great care of us and ensured we had a memorable time in the bar. Huge thank you to Lucas, the head concierge and his team for organizing our trip to Krakow and Auschwitz, restaurant and bar reservations throughout the city, such outstanding service. Dinner in the evening was a wonderful experience in the Europeiski Grill, fantastic dishes in great surroundings, hosted by the amazing and friendly Peter. We received hospitality of the highest standard from Maciej and Marcin, true gentleman and friendly service. We will definitely be returning to this fabulous hotel in the near future, and recommend this property for both families and couples. If you are thinking of staying at this hotel, please do not hesitate, book now, you will enjoy every moment. The location is fantastic, close to all the cities attractions. Huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

By far the best hotel in Warsaw. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy your stay and be well taken care off. Hotel Team went beyond and above to make our stay unique. Had a lot of fun and will stay there again to spoil ourselves in the future.

I like to stay over in Europejski for various reasons. The property itself is in meticulous condition located conveniently in Warsaw's old town. There is a walking distance to almost anything you can think of. The hotel's customer service works like a swiss watch. This is a book example for every five star hotel. Up close and personal but still professional in the essence. Unfortunately, the room service has nothing to offer if it comes to food and beverages. It feels like the kitchen operates under different rules. The choices are very limited and substandard. It used to be way better. Dear Hotel's Management, please fix it!

The hotel is very luxurious and spacious, everything is very well decorated. Rooms and sleeping there is the best quality. Breakfasts are delicious. The best thing about hotel is their staff, they are helpful and kind, especially Mrs. Ania she is kind, cheerful and organized. I really recommend staying there

My stay was a gift for the birthday. The whole stay, were perfect. The hotel is beautiful and goes above the expectations. The greatest asset is the staff which is extremely nice and helpful. You have the feeling that really good vibe is around you and the people love to work there and they truly focus on the guests. The food in the restaurant is perfect too.
