My clients booked two rooms before and after their flight. The hotel's service is absolutely not up to par with a 5-star hotel. There's no customer focus. The clients had paid for two nights, one with breakfast, the other without. Ultimately, the hotel refused them breakfast. This is because the reservations department or check-in department was inattentive. We do not recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel Enormous comfy beds and rooms very spacious Buffet breakfast excellent range of food enormous including omelettes cooked to order in front of you and croissants made by pastry chef Table clearing staff a little to eager taking plates whilst people still eating or while getting more food Coffee drinkers need to be prepared to queue for one machine Tea drinkers as I am had to make own teabags which is a different experience

Been here to spend Christmas with my other half. Such a beautiful hotel, with attentive service and understands what hospitality is about, despite being very busy over the festive season. Great wellness facilities. Breakfast is a must, great selection good service and the level of quality is surprising considering the volumes they can handle. Food in the bar and room service was great, despite they were very busy with all guests trying to dine in house. Beautiful lobby area smartly designed to fit volume and operations needs. Very friendly service at reception particularly. Michal the Hotel Manager is an absolute superstar. Joanne the Rooms Division Manager was brilliant too. Very sad we could not spend more time to explore this beautiful city, but we will definitely come again soon.

Christmas with the family

Great location and overall a great experience. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. The food in the 2 restaurants was excellent but the breakfast seating needed looking at as they couldn't handle the number of guests. The room was clean and of a good size but they need to look at the chairs as they were not of the best design. The room maid although doing a good job needed to be chased for certain items. The bar staff were excellent and went the extra mile to make certain you had your requirements.
