Great location only c5min walk from Warsaw central train station, stops for airport buses and bus stops for old town. Easy to find. Hotel on a side street off the main road minimises external noise and seemed to have good soundproofing anyway. Room was as per photos, bigger bed than I expected and huge TV. Nice to have a water bottle provided you can then refill in the corridor. Multiple lifts so never had to wait long for one. Lifts were fairly quiet so shouldn't disturb those with nearby rooms. Good choice of breakfast items. I hadn't pre-booked breakfast and was offered it at a discounted rate. At full price I'm not sure it would have felt great value for money. Reception helpful and efficient and option of storing your luggage if needed. Generally really positive experience and I would stay again. The only real negative I found was that the bathroom was rather old fashioned in styling compared to the rest of the room and hotel. It would benefit from an update.

飯店有的樓層正在翻修,白天都有機器鑽孔的聲音,我住三樓的房間老舊、設備破損、地毯、浴室有長年累積的污垢、空調太大聲非常擾人,我們反應換房但櫃檯人員說都客滿,我忍受三個晚上,在整修期間入住要慎重考慮一下

location is very good clean near zloty terasy mall rooms is so good clean air-condition working very good house keeping clean front disc extraordinary breakfast and the staff working extra hard a lot of variant it was full booking due to taylor swift but it was ok and comfortable

Not bad - but needs a refurbishment

Not a bad hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the rooms do need a refurbishment as they are very tired. But overall, it's not bad value for money. The only downside is the lack of connecting stairs between floors, which puts a lot of pressure on the lifts (and means you end up wasting time hanging around for lifts).

Reception lobby a battlefield

We are not happy that we were not made aware of the upcoming building remodelling of the hotel foyer when we booked our stay as we would have considered an alternative hotel. You did not even have the courtesy to put up notices in the hotel informing the guests in advance of the works being carried out. We like every other of your guests step out of the lifts on Wednesday morning and the hotel foyer was like a battlefield. We fully understand that works need to be done and the hotel must remain open for commercial reasons during these works, but next time can you please warn us in advance please so we can make an informed decision whether or not to stay with you during the works. These works also temporarily blocked access to the toilets from the restaurant. It also meant that to get to the restaurant from reception you had to walk outside and to get to the lifts from the bar/restaurant you also had to walk outside and access the lifts via the reception.
