I stayed at this Ibis hotel and found it to be standard for the brand. The room met expectations, and I appreciated the convenience of the 24/7 restaurant and breakfast served from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The staff I interacted with were all friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent—close to the center of Porto, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, one issue stood out: the presence of several homeless individuals sleeping near the main entrance. This caused an unpleasant smell during the night and created a sense of insecurity, especially for women. While I understand this situation is not the hotel’s fault, I believe they could take some steps to address or mitigate this issue. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement regarding the surroundings.

"Twin" rooms have 2 adjoining twin beds that can't be separated. This does not work for 2 friends who don't want to share the bed, and defies the purpose of twin beds. Old building, poorly cleaned room. The AC fan created a lot of noise but hardly functioned. Old worn out towels, just 1 per person. No hand towels. Homeless men sleeping near the entrance. Overall unpleasant experience.

I really liked this hotel. The receptionists were kind and incredibly helpful with recommending sites and restaurants. They helped us book bus tickets, and organised transfers to/from the airport. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Pillows were soft. I had a nice sized bathroom to. Breakfast at the hotel was a buffet style. Plenty of choices to choose from. There is also a vending machine in the lobby. Thank you so much

The room was nice, and clean. It did not have a mini fridge or safe. It had a small balcony with a table and chairs, which was really cute. I loved that their "front desk" was a table in the bar area, which was open 24 hours. The buffet was also in the bar area. Quite a few of the others on the bus trip were there, so it made for a more welcoming area to hang with others. But they did not have a separate spout for hot water, which makes for a lousy cup of tea.

Breakfast was on the weaker side compared to a couple of other hotels we stayed in. Reception is on second floor do a little different. Two elevators both very small Rooms small but okay, not designed for two suitcases. Nice shower. Overall neutral toward staying here again
