Thank you so much for a great stay with you. Location was perfected for my family and I. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfasts were perfect. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite throughout the hotel. Thank you for making our stay with you so comfortable.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were made welcome. The room was excellent and very clean. The bar staff were very kind and professional. We had 3 course evening meal wich was delicious and ther was a beautiful buffet for breakfast. Just a perfect overnight stay.

I did not receive an invoice with the comment I should get it from my travel agency (Amex Global Business Travel) , who does not provide invoices from hotels. I NEED an invoice for the 3 nights that I stayed in the hotel. I do not accept to have to pay this business trip privately because Novotel is unable to send an invoice. URGENTLY
