Dear Pranav, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments. Our reception team was not being rude during your checkout we were simply explaining our standard procedures. The room you booked includes a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, and guests are welcome to refill it at the water fountains available next to the reception. Regarding housekeeping, please note that mugs or cups containing any liquid cannot be replaced as it may contain drinks that have a medicine for example. Our housekeeping team follows these protocols to ensure proper handling of guest items. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back again. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, though I am sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. What you have described is far from the standard we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise for the multiple inconveniences you encountered during your stay. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face issues with your room key, there was a glitch on the system, which was fixed on the same day, unfortunately, not quickly enough to impact your experience. We have a 24/7 reception available to be able to open the doors manually for everyone during that. Despite not being what you expected, everyone was able to enter the room within 5 minutes. I also regret any confusion regarding air conditioning. Our rooms are featured with an air cooling system and not a traditional air conditioner unit; however, if you saw the information on our website or third parties, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me so I can modify it. While I know this experience has impacted your impression of us, I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
