A london home for my office trips! Love the mecure, great sleep, friendly staff and all the essentials you need for a business trip. After trying many hotels I found the one to make my base when I travel from Scotland to London for work. Love it

I booked a room for a family trip in November last month, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel is perfectly located close to Tower Bridge and Borough Market, which made exploring the area very easy. The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment I walked into the hotel and throughout my entire stay. The bar area is very cozy, and I really enjoyed having a glass of wine whenever I had a quiet moment to myself. One staff member in particular made my stay truly special. Vinay looked after me exceptionally well and provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back again, as the team made me feel very welcome and special. Thank you!

Beware of Reception

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Apart from the appalling performance of the 381 bus that serves there, all else has been good. This time at reception, having reserved, paid in advance, done on-line check in and produced my Accor Platinum card, I was told, quite disturbingly that I must now provide ID. Although I did not have ID to hand, I was able to produce from a bag. I find this situation grossly unsatisfactory. There is no legal requirement in the UK to carry ID.

عدم الاهتمام بنطافة مكائن القهوة وقمت بعملية تنظيفها بنفسي عند استلام الغرف كانت الشبابيك مفتوح للتهوية ولكن للاسف كان بجانب الفندق اعمال انشائية مما تسبب بدخول الاتربه

Dodged a Bullet!

We needed a last-minute alternative and the location was convenient, but the experience at reception was deeply unsettling. The receptionist’s behaviour showed multiple red-flag indicators one would associate with opportunistic or deceptive conduct: it took him over 20 minutes to check us in while his colleague processed three other guests. First he “couldn’t find” the booking, then the system was allegedly slow, then he insisted we must pre-pay at a price that was clearly higher than our confirmed reservation. Only when challenged did he correct it. We also paid for a three-course dinner and breakfast but were given no proof of payment. Later, when we spoke to the bar staff about coming for supper in two hours, the receptionist left his desk, interrupted the conversation, pulled the barman behind a curtain, and the barman then re-emerged saying we needed no ticket and should speak directly to him when ready to eat. Evening food was not great. However, the breakfast was better, except for the coffee-undrinkable even with milk. Tea was good. The rooms were small but clean and the windows can be opened. All other staff were polite and helpful, but the reception experience seriously undermined our trust in the hotel.
