Dear Stugirl, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your check-in experience was not as smooth as it should have been. I understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive back in the evening and find that your booked twin room was not initially available. I am glad that the issue was resolved promptly, but I regret that it took additional effort on your part.
