I needed a short notice place to stay and this hotel were not only accomodating, the staff went out of their way to assist and support me. They were kind, courteous and understanding which was exactly what I needed. On top of that the facilities were warm and comfortable and the food excellent.

Good Location, Room could be Better

Received a warm welcome from the lady on reception, so check in was good. When I got to the room it was quite warm so I set the A/C to 16C. The chair in the room was marked quite badly. When I returned later that evening the room was still warm. I left the A/C on that setting all night and it did not get any colder. The shower had rainfall head and a flexible hose. The rainfall was was not very good as the jets needed cleaning, however the house was great.

Our group of friends had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the main attractions, shops, and nightlife. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it for groups looking for a fun and convenient base in the city!

Whenever I come to London for work, this hotel is my go-to choice! The location is unbeatable, conveniently close to everything. The staff is fantastic—always welcoming and friendly. I particularly enjoy the plentiful and delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to sustainability is commendable. They provide reusable water bottles, filtered water on each floor, and a "go green, skip the clean" card. Excellent efforts towards eco-friendliness!

I stayed in this hotel for my anniversary! I loved the personal touch uppon checkin and the swan towels on the bed. The location was amazing, with the tube walking distance to the hotel. The staff were all lovely and very professional. We will definately be back when visiting London. We had breakfast both morning in the hotel and we were surprised to see the big selection of food and the gluten free products were an extra touch for my wife. Thank you very much for this amazing stay.
