We should be able to get a drink at the Galleri at 22:00! This is really disappointing, we wanted to enjoy the piano and singer but no more drinks?? What’s the point of this? Should at least sell drinks until the performers are finish… Now they have to perform to no audience… Really doesn’t make sense…

A genuine 5 star experience

First time staying at a 5 star London hotel and I am so glad I chose this. From the first interaction at the door, through reception and every member of staff they were friendly , happy and genuinely welcoming. The room was not a massive upgrade in size over a 400 a night hotel, but the finishing absolutely was. Nesspreso coffee , fresh milk, complimentary coke / tonic and beer, fresh drinking water out with more in the fridge. Large tv ( didn’t use) , complimentary face scrubs, ear buds, make up remover. Mince pies and a handwritten welcome note in the room just finished off the touches that make this hotel great. We returned in the evening to find the bed turned down and slippers waiting for the morning. Also a shoe cleaning service overnight if you choose to use it. The morning swim in the 1.2 m pool was very warm, and if you want a proper swim they have a jet stream to fight against. The gym looked well stocked although I didn’t use that. Steam room and sauna are in the changing rooms( not mixed) but towels are plentiful, and the large shower was a treat. After a short explore around the hotel we had breakfast in the Ramsey river restaurant, and poached eggs were exemplary, up with the best. We were met when checking out with offers for bag storage qnd checking out was easy. I loved it.

Afternoon tea in the new gallery

What a wonderful return experience to the new gallery for an exquisite festive afternoon tea loved the new feel and live singer was like stepping back in time. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious as always the scones lovely and warm washed down with tea and a couple of glasses of fizz thank you to our fabulous server Emma S she was lovely and very knowledgeable making for a wonderful afternoon will be again soon

We stayed here for our birthday celebrations and we couldn't of wanted a better place to stay, room was outstanding with nice little touchs, staff were incredible, american bar had a great atmosphere and great cocktails, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Will definitely be back in the near future.

We stayed at The Savoy Hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, the care and attention was received were outstanding. A big thank you to Thierry at the Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay, who made our dinner so special, and to Marylin at the American Bar, who always found us great seats and looked after us with such charm and excellent service. They both added a personal touch that made our stay even better. The hotel is stunning, but it’s the staff that make it truly amazing. They thought of everything and made sure every little detail was perfect. My wife loved all the thoughtful gestures, and we left feeling completely spoiled. If you want a truly special experience with brilliant service, I can’t recommend The Savoy enough. Thank you to everyone for making my wife’s birthday so memorable – we’ll definitely be back!
