We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand your disappointment regarding the additional charge for the second guest. Our records show that the reservation was made for one guest, while two guests arrived at check-in. Although the room type accommodates double occupancy, the number of registered guests is an important part of the reservation, as it allows us to prepare the room accordingly and cover services provided for each guest, such as breakfast, amenities, and linen. While some booking channels may display the same room rate regardless of the number of guests selected, we kindly ask that the actual number of guests be entered when making the reservation, as this is in accordance with the booking platform’s terms and conditions and enables us to prepare appropriately for your stay. As a gesture of flexibility, we applied only 50% of the additional guest supplement upon your arrival for two nights, rather than the full charge, in consideration of the situation. We also sincerely apologize that your concern was not followed up during your stay as you had been informed it would be. We understand and we regret that we did not provide you with a timely explanation before your departure. Your comments have been shared with our team as they help us improve both our communication and our service.
