It’s not luxurious but actually it’s a step up from a travelodge, really good wifi, free parking and convenient for Cardiff, I could get to my daughters in Cardiff Bay in 15/20mins. So I’ll be back I’m sure .

The only problem that arose was when I arrived, and the computer apparently didn't show my booking. The young lady I dealt with was very friendly and efficient, and sorted it out for me quickly. I can't praise her enough (sorry, don't know her name).

First room stank like a sewage plant. Staff kindly moved us to another room. The bathroom door failed to stay shut and had to use bag to keep it closed. Having a shower caused water to seap through the door and into the entrance area. Beds were shaky - move too much and the mattress twists off the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful
