We found the hotel very clean and tidy all the staff were friendly and very helpful our room was on the ground floor over looking the canal and towpath very quite and peaceful no net curtains on the window so if you left the main curtains open people could see straight in .Room was clean coffee and tea provided but no biscuits. We did not have breakfast in the hotel went next door to the noble comb pub half the price very nice overall we enjoy our stay thank you ibis

Hotel felt dated lifts were juddering . Room was okay but shower hose was Leaking and it was clear underneath the bed hadn’t been clean thoroughly. And the bed was one of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on. I get it it’s a budget, but it doesn’t need some modernisation

This hotel provided a comfortable, good value overnight stay. It is ideal for visiting Salts Mill. The breakfast was of the buffet type and very good for 'fueling up, for the day. The only complaints were the small TV and the lack of sufficient extra pillows in the room.
