Good location but average hotel

Good location for Brussels midi station if you are passing through. We were upgraded to a larger room with a kettle. The room was to hot the thermostat was on 25 with the fan just moving it around, we slept with the window wide open and it’s November and it was still hot. Bed was ok, bathroom looks like it needs a good clean! Towels thin and not quality. Paid for breakfast and it wasn’t worth the money. We travel a lot and this is a poor Ibis. Area around hotel is not great either. Some good available at hotel but all have cheese!

Weekend away to watch football

My second time of staying here, having stopped the same weekend last year. The hotel is very convenient from the station, just a five minute walk. The environment around the hotel isn’t great. Though I have to say, it appeared to be markedly better than last year. Don’t let that put you off. The hotel has security on the door and the rooms are clean, functional and comfortable. For the money, it’s a good deal and I would use again.

Brilliant hotel. Very cosy room and spaciouis/ the shower was top notch and I slept well. The Tv has all European channels and the security was visible and approahable, and friendly. Reception was quick and easy and very helpful especially with directions to a music venue (if reception is reading this thanks, but i was soooo tired. As ppl commented no kettle in the room, but im sure if asked it would have been delivered. Surrounding areas was not as safe as could be but be aware of your surroundings and you will be find.

A nice hotel near the station. The reception area is bright and airy. The check in was speedy. The room was big with a king size bed with good quality bedding and pillows, both very comfortable. Adequate storage for a short stay. The room had a desk for working at. It had tv and wifi. The bathroom was very clean with a good shower. I didnt feel there was enough lighting in the bedroom The breakfast buffet style with plenty of choice.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel for an overnight stay near Brussels Zuid/MIDI station.

Very convenient to Brussels Zuid/Midi station. Great for an overnight stay when travelling from the U.K. to Central Europe by train. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Room clean and well maintained. Comfortable pillows and bed. It is true from previous reviews that outside the hotel is not the best area of the city (but very few cities around their railway stations are) but it is only a very short walk (1 minute) from station exit to hotel entrance.
