Emily Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The receptionist at check-in was very cold, asked me how I would like to pay when the booking was already paid for, the room was so small (I honestly think we were given a single room) that the bed was touching the heating, we could not even go around it. We paid for 2 breakfast at check-out that were double charged to my credit card. I contacted the hotel and customer service 4x and no one got back to me, and no refund was done. Very dissapointed, the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Small rooms with no windows

The rooms were very clean and fresh towels were provided. However we were a group booking with three rooms and all three rooms were located on the ground floor. The rooms were small, with no windows so felt rather enclosed, I did ask if we could be moved to a different floor but unfortunately all rooms were fully booked. One room was without a fridge and milk. Bathroom amenities were very basic. It is a shame the rooms were poor as the hotel is in a brilliant location.

I really enjoyed my short stay there. The room was cozy and charming in an old English style. The service was good I only missed more vegetables in the morning.
