No minibar Windows showing a wall Only one elevator (always blocked) And that for twice the price around People st the breakfast pushing you to finish Really average experience

Fake green claims and dubious uniforms

Guests are asked to not put towels to wash so that energy is saved, yet the toilet had a fault on the flush so it was continually running water into the pan. The messages on the female staff T-shirts have a double meaning that suggests that the staff are being offered as sexual partners to the guests.

Our second stay at the hotel, the hotel itself is functional- but we’ll located with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance- Russel square tube station just around the corner - all in all I’d stop here again

No window, poor breakfast

The room had no window. I would never expect this in a 4* hotel. Buffet breakfast was poor with litlle fresh fruit offer. Would not reccomend it
