A truly lovely stay bed good staff pleasant proximity to tube good down the lane next to hotel a wonderful Italian half way down iron and ironing board in room my room had five windows which I could open through day and close nighttime to kee noise out

Poor experience with housekeeping service - resulting in 2 days being refunded. Stale air in room and no ability to open windows. No view from the window at all due to scaffolding, hotel fronts to a bus lane where car services refuse to stop to pick up passengers, no welcoming common social area in the hotel.

- Breakfast ok - room requires refurbishment, it looks dirty and damaged - shower is a trickle - elevator is very slow and small - staff is friendly

Miab Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Room was very sterile. Bath was unbelievably tiny. Anyone larger would not have been able to fit on the toilet. The air conditioner did not blow out cold air for the first day. We had to open the window so we could have any kind of air flow, only to view a scaffold. It was miserable trying to sleep as the maintenance man had left for the day and no one knew what the problem was. It was fixed after noon on our 2nd and final day. We will not be returning.
