I posted on Tripadvisor so my full comments are here. I had a tricky billing issue (not Mercure's fault) and Tanya and her manager sorted it out -- saved me lots of money. I've stayed here before and will do so again -- close to where I need to go in London and feels like home.

Room well located but with no view

Nice location but unfortunately a small room with a view on a wall ! Depressing and not really value for money, disappointng experience.
