Reservations were made Rooms were not available at check in time Technicians were sorting aircons in room, couldn't access room Reservation process online and in hotel is very different.

Please accept our sincere apologies that your room was not ready at check-in time and that technicians were still attending to the air-conditioning. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it must have been not being able to access your room immediately after your arrival, especially after a journey. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. I am also sorry to hear that you found differences between the online reservation process and the experience at the hotel. Initially there were a few concerns in the room I was staying in ie: AC not working , Bathroom Light not working, the manager relocated me to a new room.

cockroaches and flies in the room, i hate those
