my mom room had a problem abt the door lock then the front staff offer to change the room was appreciate but front staff when i m check out quite not polite (woman) but didnt take it serious but if all staff serve all thing with heart and promot to help would be better

We stayed here over Christmas- New Year period. When I first booked the hotel, I was under the impression that it was quite close to the Forbidden City. It's actually a good 20-30 mins walk. The roads heading towards the Forbidden City can get very busy and taxis don't go there. Best part of this hotel is the helpfulness of its staff. We had originally booked into a deluxe room and found it too small. The Front Office Managers found me another larger room. I had to organise tickets to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Concierge found me the website page and waited patiently for me to fill in the blanks in order to buy the tickets. Concierge can organise private cars and tickets for you. Location - it's roughly 200m to the subway which is next to the LEGO store. Wangfujing street is near the subway, great for shopping. Round the corner of this hotel is a great Chinese hamburger place, called "So Happy". There's some great restaurants nearby and convenience stores. The room and bathroom is clean. The bed is comfortable pending which room you're in. In our first deluxe room, the bed was hard, it doesn't even sink when you sit on it. However, it was better in our second room. They provide better complimentary water bottles, robes and slippers in the room. All in all - the stay was comfortable. We like hotels that are in close proximity to restaurants, subway and shops.

We booked a Premier Suite for 4 nights and were placed in a horribly dirty room with mold all over the bathroom. We have a child with asthma and the floor was clearly a smoking floor and all the furniture and bedding smelt like cigarette. Very disappointing considering we paid extra for a suite. After we notified reception, we were moved to another room which also smelt like cigarette and was not clean. The standards are more 2-3 star level. Would have been better paying for a smaller room at the Hilton across the road just to be in a clean room with friendly service.

i booked 3 rooms and requested to be on the same floor, and they did arrange it for us. the location is near to the famous wangfujing pedestrian shopping street, close to the metro station. the staff also very helpful in arranging transportation for us to go to Great Wall. The breakfast also very nice. despite the room is just a little bit dusty, but overall we loved our stay here. Thank you for making our holiday memorable.
