The hotel is centrally located. We walked to forbidden City. There are so many shopping malls nearby. Plenty of restaurants to try different kind of cousines. We had dinner at the French restaurant,services were immaculate and food were delicious. Will stay here again next time in Beijing.

got upgraded to a suite with fantastic view over the Legendale hotel. the lounge is perfect for seeing half of the city. staff very nice especially blair Xu. the food during the happy hour was very nice as well

Wifi not working !! People smoking and people at the reception who didn't know that there is a Shuttle to the airport

I am sorry to read your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your comment about our receptionist necessary knowledge about our airport shuttle bus was shared with our Director of Front Office for his immediate action. We’ll emphasize on new staff training, particularly such important information to our guests. In regards of our Wi-Fi, it was shared with our IT Manager for him to liaise with our Internet Service Provider of immediate improvement. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your comment about people smoking has been well-noted. Although we do have a strict non-smoking policy in the hotel in line with the government regulation, we unfortunately sometimes face this type of issue. We actually normally charge RMB 1500 for breaking the rule but may miss some naughty guests. Please accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience and rest assured we will multiply our patrols to reduce the possible frauds. Once again, I would like to apologize and sincerely hope that we will get an opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Pleasant stay at the Novotel. The rooms and the premises are a bit outdated but it is compensated by the fact that it is central and extremely convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff on the club lounge level are very nice and accommodating.

Our stay was good. But we felt the cleanliness of the room could be improved. Also, one thing to bring to your notice - we were told at check-in that our deposit would be cancelled on check out but it has not been done so. I sent 2 emails to re… on 8th Jan and 14th Jan but haven't received any response yet. Kindly expedite on the same please.

Rest assured we’ll emphasize on cleaning quality and extra spot checks will be conducted. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. In regards of your deposit, this is automatically done upon your check out as normal procedure for each & every Guests. I triple checked that our front desk applied to the back on Jan. 5th and Jan. 8th, two times after your check out (your deposit of RMB1,000). Deposit refund from the bank usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks, I am sorry if our colleague did not explain clearly about it. On the other hand, we were delighted to read you satisfied with the rest of your stay with us. Spacious room, variety of foods for breakfast and provided food and snacks for evening time. Location is strategic and easy to access by public transport. Cleaning of the room must be improved, found the table wasn't cleaned for weeks (dust on underneath the table)

Could not access WiFi, would not easily communicate with staff, room smelt like a bathroom, could hear a lot of noise from others. Staff was unwilling to assist in improving experience

Your comment about our hotel Wifi was shared with our IT Manager, our investigations did not show for any malfunction during your stay but some softwares and platforms may have been inaccessible due to local regulations. I am sorry you were not satisfied with the services provided by our Colleagues as well as other areas over your stay. Rest assured your comments were communicated among our Department Heads for their immediate action. Our Team has been reminded to extend warm & engaging service to all Guests – at any moment. We’ll also conduct some extra training to improve our overall services. We also have taken good note about the room smell and sound isolation. Those structural issues will of course be more difficult to rectify rapidly but our Chief Engineer is already searching for solutions. I am a member of the Accor group and overall I have a bad experience with my family stay for 6 days. First bad wifi I can't even upload my email by outlook and secondly breakfast always the same every day and quality of food was bad. My wife took a chipped coffee cup luckily I saw (I have a photo with me). Good things are the exceptional location. Really recently the last 2 months I stay with Accor in Novotel (Siam at Bangkok) and Ibis (Bangkok) the standard much better compare to Beijing!! I so disappointed and don't think will go back to stay again.
