Biggest complaint was regarding breakfast and check in. Breakfast was poor. Novotel breakfasts are generally worth their price tag. I left the breakfast room still hungry. There was limited choice for vegetarians and none of the hot dishes were labeled as suitable for vegetarian people. There was a small salad selection, no beans or pulses for protein and no cheese. As a result there was limited choices to get a balanced breakfast. Very very disappointing and not worth the additional cost. Secondly I only realized that upon arrival the executive lounge was closed. As such I went to the square restaurant instead. The food there was served cold. Again was not labeled as suitable for vegetarians and most contained some kind of meat. Finally the check in experience was not good. I prechecked in filling in all of the information days ahead and still was bothered to fill in another three forms upon arrival. These forms could have been pre filled in and just require my signature. As I normally stay at this hotel this is the first time I have had this problem checking in

We had a wonderful stay, the staff elevated the level of service to an exceptional level. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with several western style options although not many foreign guests were present. I would like to note Miss Guo at Concierge desk for her help in arranging two different tours for us, she was very helpful and polite and the tours went very well. Secondly, and most notable, the greeting and detailed interest in making our stay enjoyable by Blair at the Customer Relations Desk was a highlight of our stay. Blair's professional and positive attitude and excellent English communication comfortably left both my wife and I feel like VIPs after only a couple of interactions, elevating your hotel to our first choice in the future for visiting Beijing.

Very good breakfast and good location, rooms are quite small and located far away from the reception and lounge/breakfast zone. Hair conditioner and lotion were not provided at the same time with the shower gel and shampoo (usually in Accor group hotels even in IBIS they are provided).

The desk in the room isn't clean. The location is good.

The beginning was not really good as i was not properly welcomed by the front office team especially with one of the team member who kept arguing with me and beside that not really know what is the status or privilege of Platinum member .After that eventually ,the ast Front Office manager came to the rescue and after that all went well. Selection of Breakfast extremely poor but great service provided by the Sommelier . Last thing ,i still waiting for the business card of the GM that never reach my room somehow .

My stay at Novotel peace hotel was a fantastic experience. Traveling as a single mom with several children can be very stressful, but Mr Lebrun and his patient experience manager Blair were always willing to help and checking in with us regularly. Meals for small baby’s could be ordered, transportation was arrange as requested and the family room was a pleasure for both my older and younger kids. I can not dream of a better place to stay.

Positive: - The lobby bar manager Higgins Guo and Guest relation manager Ms. Xu did good job, they were friendly and demonstrated war hospitalities of the hotel... the front desk staff in general all were friendly and efficient. Negative: - Upon arrived in hotel, had a little dispute concerning the car parking..... when I saw the Duty Manager walked towards us, I waved hands to ask for his help, but it is so disappointing to see that he was clearly aware of an issue was taken place in front of his eyes in the hotel, but pretended have not seen it and turned his head to the side and walked away..... this is not acceptable in any Accor hotels, or any hotels! - My room (mainly the toilet) smelled so bad! First time in a Accor hotel ...hope and trust you can change it ....

The hotel is centrally located. We walked to forbidden City. There are so many shopping malls nearby. Plenty of restaurants to try different kind of cousines. We had dinner at the French restaurant,services were immaculate and food were delicious. Will stay here again next time in Beijing.
