Simple check in and restaurant was nice Didn’t appreciate paying for carpark when r there was never any room to park Night manager gave me his spot which was nice but people staying shouldn’t have to pay for car park

Just a 2 night stay. Novotel room comfortable and large. Just needs a refresh as it is the same as it was 10 years ago.

We had 2 kids and 2 adults stay in a twin bed room. Was comfy. Room service was not so good and the menu didn't reflect what was given to us. Overpriced on desserts and very very small portions. Would never order room service again.
