The experience with the hotel was amazing. The staff was so kind patient and courteous. Even funny at times. Overall love the experience.Our hotel room was so neat and clean

Housekeepers are so nice! There are variety of foods in breakfast. However facility is old and the hotel bathroom only had a fixed showerhead, which made it inconvenient.

The cleaning service and cleaning attendants are nice. but because of the carpet floor there is much dust so it is hard for me TT In general, everything was fine.

The room was comfy, but some facility got old. Front desk lady and the maintenance and house keepers were super kind and always ready to help me. :):):):) But, I really wish to open my windows and there was no opening :(

We arrived and Novotel provided a room that suit our family’s needs. From what I understand a lot of hotels don’t offer 2 queens beds. We have a family of 3, with a young adult child. We all need some space for sleep and it was a good nights rest! The mattress are comfortable and the ac was in working order, and breakfast and dinner was very good, compliments to the head chef and all the waiters and barista. Being able to have New Zealand coffee was a hugh plus. We were in for a special convention and the staff worked extra hard to accommodate many cultural needs. Highly recommend for families.
