Despite requesting and receiving written confirmation of my parking request, there was no parking available for me on my return on Friday night. To give the excuse that you had overbooked doesn't help my case. Given that this is the second consecutive such experience, you can understand my absolute disappointment at the customer service. It doesn't help to refund the payment, nor is any excuse acceptable. The reason for the 3 and not a 1 is we enjoy the location and facilities.

Food for eating in room good. A few staff members particularly friendly. Bit noisy nextdoor and around my room but bed very comfortable and overall a nice night.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room definitely met my needs. Very comfortable bed. I will come and stay again if i am ever in Wellington. This didn't affect my stay but the carpet in my room was torn in places and also in the hallways.
