Fantastically located in the CBD. Room was surprisingly large, clean and comfortable. Our rate included breakfast which was fine: enough choices for different diets, though selection of food does not vary (so if you are there for a few days, you will eat the same thing). Guest laundry room was a nice touch. The in-house restaurant (Vivant!) was fantastic for dinner - delicious and value for money. Would stay here again: Ibis does a budget hotel without making it feel like a budget hotel.

Poor attitude to supply of utensils, lack of toaster & microwave initially double charging for accommodation which paid fully well before our stay (admittedly this was corrected within a day after departure).
