To be charged a no show fee and a nights accommodation when I rang a the day before to say I would not be arriving and to not even send through a receipt is disgusting. To insist that it can only be cancelled through concur when I am travelling, with no access to my computer even though I have advised the hotel whilst driving home.

Great location for a weekend exploring Te Papa and the Marvel exhibition. Other than some guests in the middle of the night having a vocal disagreement in the hallway and waking us up, we had a great stay.

This hotel is located in a good central position in Wellington not from the waterfront and train station. Check in was quick and straightforward, room was basic but clean and of good quality. We had 2 doubles which was a nice surprise in a twin room. Would stay here again if in Wellington

In Wellington from Australia due to mother being hospitalised and transferred for emergency heart surgery from Hastings. Staff was friendly however one shift manager seemed annoyed upon check in and not very helpful while training a new receptionist. He was not informative with parking just letting us know there was no parking available for our stay but failed to mention we could enquire the follow days to see if any spots were available. All other reception staff were warm and friendly. The house keeping staff were lovely and our room was always spotless for us on our return from the hospital. Great spot in town handy to some great little eating spots.
