in advance i requested to change to two single bed , this was confirmed by the agent by email , but when check in the reception was clueless , no details were updated. We were traveling overnight , my wife asked can we use the toilet , but the reception said can use only after checked in and to use at David Jones , when complained this is a basic need the hotel should provide for , later they allowed to use the staff Toilet . We were very tired and this made us very disappointed. Accor must provide these basics necessities.

As a diamond accor member, it is not easy to get this title, you need to spend a lot to get this title. When i checked in, the receptionist could not find my name and gave up just like that. Until i found the problem the booking name is ROYISTOVEN instead of Roy I.. I was greeted unpleasantly. I did not get any upgrades and was promised wine for my welcome gift but i did not get what i promised. Then what is the purpose of diamond accor member? I better join other hotel prestige member. Very very unpleasant and shame on you mercure melbourne
