We are pleased to note your acknowledgement of the assistance provided by some of our housekeeping team and the concierge, whose dedication to guest care aligns with the high service standards we maintain at Novotel Melbourne on Collins. However, the challenges you experienced during your stay with reception and room readiness, as well as concerns regarding the condition of the baby cot and room maintenance, are regrettable. While we strive to offer prompt and attentive service, situations occasionally arise that fall short of this aim. The baby cot provided adheres to our safety guidelines but we understand that personal preference plays a significant role in comfort. Our maintenance programme ensures rooms are kept to a high standard, however, specific issues such as those you described will be carefully considered. Our reception facilities and amenities are regularly attended to, though feedback on the lobby restrooms will be conveyed for review. Finally we note your comments with regards to the standard of the property and are excited to advise that we will be undergoing a hotel refurbishment in the near future to address your concerns.
