Our neighboring retailers underwent wastewater pipe upgrades and as we share an open lift shaft, that odour unfortunately made its way into our building. We sincerely apologise for the discomfort experienced. Furthermore, the concerns you raised about communal areas and room facilities are being addressed through our planned lift upgrades in 2026 and upcoming refurbishments to enhance guest comfort. Our team regrets the technical difficulties you encountered and would have been pleased to assist had these been reported during your stay.
