Great location for eating and Shopping

The Pullman is in a great location, right on the corner of Little Bourke St. and Swanson St. You can easily walk to any inner city location or hop on a tram if you’re tired. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Shout out to Felicia and Cindy in the breakfast room for their extra friendly greeting each morning. The food was very good with lots of variety from the a la carte menu. The rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds and big showers. I would only take a point off for the rooftop bar. It had no atmosphere and played the most annoying repetitive beat continuously.

Getaway at Pullman

Had a wonderful getaway with husband. Location was at the heart of the city, accessible to everything. Entrance yo the hotel is quite hard to find initially but we figured it out. A great thanks to the team for making our stay memorable. The bed is super comfortable & clean. The only thing missing was there were no slippers nor toothbrush provided which you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. But overall it was worth the trip.

Excellent stay

We had a two-night stay in a Superior King Room and located on the 11th floor. Room was spacious and was modern so probably renovated not too long ago. Location was one of the best in the CBD. Trams are a short walk away, you are near Paris end of Collins Street with Bourke Street Mallon the same block. Lots or eating places nearby as well as a supermarket. Flinders Street Station and Melbourne Central are close by. Breakfast was a choice of one hot dish and buffet style cold items. There was a selection of 9 items, and I found the spiced avocado excellent. The 14th floor rooftop bar is worth a visit for a few drinks and has great views. For a 5-star hotel it did lack a swimming pool. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Not many (any?) club lounges give you a choice of Bloody Mary or Tatinger to go with your breakfast so why choose - have both. Ralph is always attentive to customers in the lounge. An early ish finish to room service might mean a short walk down Swanston St where there are plenty of options.

Very comfortable room, spacious and quiet. All the comforts you need for a short city stay. Breakfast service was a little up and down, I waited a long time for my meal but it was delicious when it finally arrived. Special mention to Seiya, the bell captain, who went out of his way to make sure I was looked after. He remembered me from a few weeks back when I visited to check out the rooms.
