Having read some mixed reviews about this hotel I was initially skeptical however from the moment I entered I have been blown away by the service and friendliness of staff especially Kalil who went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Great location next to the all shops. Room nice and clean. Great lounge with cozy atmosphere. Nice breakfast and good canapés in the evening. Will be definitely visiting again.

No free breakfast for Accor members. We were waiting 5 hours to check in and other people that came later were able to check in if you had an Asian background.

Overall this is one of the best pullmans I have stayed in Australia. Check in and checkout through the machine was absolutely beautiful and super user friendly! The room was quite comfortable, and the amenities were lovely! Breakfast was quite simple for a continental breakfast at the cost of 25 dollars. Gym was excellent! A fully equipped gym ! Location can be a bit of a controversial point I’d say. I found it to be quite busy the area and to get an uber to and from just added a small layer of stress. Happy to come back to this hotel! Had a great experience overall!

The hotel itself is a fantastic place to stay, with a perfect location that you couldn’t ask for more. The bars and restaurants on-site are excellent too. We booked six rooms for five days—four superior rooms and two premium executive rooms—and they were all modern, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast included in our stay was really good and definitely worth it. Some of our group even used the gym and found it well-equipped. Unfortunately, the check-in and check-out experience was a letdown. The front desk staff seemed unsure and struggled to resolve issues, which really detracted from our overall experience. I would have rated the hotel a 5/5, but this was a significant issue, and we weren’t the only guests facing difficulties during our stay. If you’re looking for a great hotel, this is a solid choice. Just be prepared for potential frustration with the check-in and check-out process. I’d recommend they invest in staff training, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience and improve their ratings.

Engaging Staff; Limited Dining Options; Upgraded Room improved our stay

We arrived from an evening flight and Reception advised the hotel was fully booked with only offering L2 with unattractive ground views for our week's stay. No engagement and no concierge. Fortunately the next morning Allen (Duty Manager) acknowledged our long-standing AccorPlus status and relocated us to L10 with attractive views and usual welcome drink offerings. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay including Eva's (especially Cyndi) and Blossum's dining, although the menus were very limited and not to usual Pullman standard, having to rely on Bar service. Great location and comfortable experience with v.g. lighting. Overall did not match other Pullman global experiences.
