I chose this hotel,cause of its brand and also its location in Melbourne..In Melbourne CBD you can use free tram,just hop on hop off to the shops nearby. You can find anything near Pullman..Emporium mall,QV,Chemist,Melbourne Central (shops and train station),and lots of restaurants . It was very easy to use public transportation from here,and also very easy to find any food here... The hotel's interior was quite modern,and super clean..

We stayed at the Pullman for the Christmas festive activities. I can not rave on how amazing this place was . There was a small hickup with a minor miscommunication and the duty manager Anish fixed the problem and made us feel so welcome . The rooms are so sleek and clean and overall the customer service is A+ we will be staying here again

Stayed in a deluxe king bed room and it was exactly like the photo. The room and the bathroom were well appointed and spacious. The location is very central and close to everything. We had lounge access and found the experience very enjoyable, particularly the breakfast which featured a buffet and an interesting cooked to order menu. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Finding the entrance to the hotel when the uber dropped us in Little Bourke Street was confusing and the lobby is quite underwhelming.

The hotel is very much a modern Novotel - think Novotel Melbourne Central. Definitely nothing 5 star about the rooms and amenities. That said the club lounge is beautiful with staff to match. Breakfast in the lounge is great for a club lounge. You also have the choice of hot items from a menu. The foyer / entry all feels convoluted and an afterthought. The foyer just doesn’t flow. The hotel also shares the same building as the mercure welcome hotel which is a pure dump of a hotel. I think both hotels share same manager/services. If you’re looking for a Novotel on steroids stay here. If you’re looking for 5 star stay at Sofitel, Westin Grand or Park Hyatt. I won’t stay here again but to end on a positive location is in the heart of the city.

Hotel was in heart of city and close to all transport and shops as a platinum member we got upgraded and with access to the club room which was very comfy and served canopies and drinks in the evening beer and wine only no spirits which was a little let down breakfast was also served here and was very tasty with a wide range of food and beverages our room was very nice but a little dark but with two lights above the bed these were blinding if on bed but above all very comfy and clean the only down side was that they wanted to charge $50 for a late check out even after me informing them that as platinum this is complementary upon availability which they had but still refused me and told me that this is not a platinum privilege but on sending the privileges page from the Accor web site they did accept this but not good on there part not knowing the privileges of the membership
