Furthermore, we are sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with bathroom safety and bedding comfort. Our rooms are equipped with modern amenities and we aim to provide a wide range of in-room facilities to suit our guests' needs, including additional fans, heaters, and a pillow menu for optimal comfort.
