The team that looked after us on our stay, headed by Timothy have provided us with first class service, one of the best with Accor Group that i have ever experienced. Their promptness and service standard is really exceptional and seamless. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a city staycation. location is superb and most importantly the room is so clean.

The property was well located for me. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. All weather pool is a bonus. Great car parking, easy to use, right next to the property and well priced. But the staff really made the stay the best for me. Thank you team Mantra on Russell.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, very clean. Amazing location fairly close to Bourke Street Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bit disappointed the bar was closed and could not get our four complimentary drinks. Lovely buffet breakfast and really liked the cute little restaurant. Nice selection of food.

Excellent location, close to tram routes, shops, restaurants. There is nothing you can't get to from this location. We discovered the QV Centre on the corner of Russell and Lonsdale Street, which has restaurants, Woolworths & Big W. We had dinner there 3 nights.

Hello and good afternoon Rooms was great and staff were really helpful pointing out to keep the coffee pods stocked up in the room being a coffee lover. We thoroughly enjoyed our guest experience celebrating our 22 years of marriage and a family wedding we attended to over the weekend.   I would highly recommend coming back to stay.   I would like to point out a shoutout to Angelo @ FO for his paragon service, smile and welcome every time we stepped in the hotel making sure there was anything he could do for us. It really made a difference with our stay making us feel at home being away with the slog of having to take the drive for our break which was quite tiresome. We hope to see you soon again with our break away.
